    Raccoon Family Removal

    Kenneth came by immediately! He was competitively priced and was, what I call, a 'Raccoon Whisperer'. He was kind and efficient in his removal of the mother Racoon and her new babies. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with animal removal. Wonderful job!

    Racoons are removed

    I did not have a peaceful sleep for tow nights because I heard the noises from the roof of my house, I knew they were raccoons there, did not know what should I deal with them but worry and panic. I called 6 companies, got back from a few of them , they said they were coming to do the assessment first and then would take another 2 to 3 days to do some work, only Ken call me right away, it was the midnight, he could not come but he talked to me on the phone and told me " no worry, they are not harmful, take it easy I will come tomorrow". Ken came second day, he is so professional and kind and such a great person, he did all the work for the roof , and I am very happy and the best thing about Ken is he always picked up the phone and answer my questions all the time and I felt really educated from Ken. Ken, thank you so much for your excellent work and I definitely recommend you to everyone.

    Dead animal removal

    Thank you, I called this company after calling a couple of other companies listed in the internet. Other companies were going to charge upwards of $250.00-$300.00 and could not come for a couple of days. I came home to a terrible smell from what I thought was the food bin, garbage had not yet been picked up. What I realized was that it wasn't the food bin it was the trash bin. I started to empty the bin of trash to clean, the smell was overpowering, and people a couple of houses away could also smell it. When I got closer to the bottom of the bin I saw hundreds of maggots!!!! and something with fur. I had to keep moving away as the smell was too much. I called the city, they would only come to get the dead animal if I took it out of the bin, put it in a bag and put it to the curb. I explained I couldn't do that. They would not assist. I called Gotcha Wildlife, explained my issue and the service person gave me a price and told me he would be at my house within the hour. Kenneth came, on time and remove not one but two dead animals and cleaned the bin for me. He was professional, courteous and gave me some tips so to prevent this from happening again. I can not express how grateful I was, he took care of everything and took the animals away. He did a great job, was reasonably priced, and came right away. I hope to never have this issue again but if I do I would not hesitate to use this company and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone . Thanks again Kenneth

    Racoons and mice in the attic

    Ken from Gotcha Wildlife picked up his phone on the second ring, provided a prompt appointment and showed up on time. Between the initial phone call and the appointment, he took calls and offered helpful advice. He was very professional, clean and neat. Despite a heat wave, he did extremely thorough inspections of premises, roof, attic, porch, furnace room where raccoon access was suspected. While their presence was evident on the roof and on the ground, no access point was found. Due to many sleepless nights spent listening to various sounds on the roof/inside the attic and having made several racoon sightings on the roof and trees, Ken went back up on the roof to inspect a second time. He treated for mice due to evidence of mouse holes in attic. He worked in a hot attic during a heat wave without complaint. He made specific recommendations and how and where to cut a tree to deter future racoons. He said to call any time and meant it: He was very helpful when taken up on that, post-appointment on several occasions and provided as much time as needed to address subsequent concerns. Ken was very fair with his charge and very thorough with his work. Ken is a shining example of a good person who is a hardworking, reliable, responsible and well versed/knowledgeable professional. Would call on him again without hesitation and highly recommend Ken as the seasoned and skilled person to whom to entrust with your wildlife problems.

    Raccoon Services

    We had a problem with Raccoon's in our garage and we needed them removed as well as a system installed to keep them out. Within hours of our call Ken Gray from Gotcha Wildlife arrived. He was incredibly professional, helpful and timely and fixed our problem within a few hours. I would highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife for anyone who needs to manage or remove wildlife animals from their home....these guys are fantastic!!

    Raccoon removal

    When I heard noises in my attic I knew I had to find a good wildlife removal company. After calling around for quotes, it was Gotcha Wildlife that had the most reasonable rates. The recommendation for Gotcha Wildlife came from my neighbour who was also 100% satisfied with the work that was done on her home. After meeting Kenneth (who is also the owner of the company) it was obvious why my neighbour had recommended him. He was professional, knowledgable, and very observant, as well as, going above and beyond to help the customer. The raccoons are out of my attic and and along with Gotcha Wildlife's three year guarantee, they won't be back anytime soon. Thank you!

    Wildlife Removal

    I discovered a dead rabbit in my back yard which had clearly been attacked and partially eaten by another animal. I called Ken at Gotcha Wildlife and he honestly told me how I could deal with it myself if I wanted. I decided to have Ken deal with it and he arrived within two hours of my call. He removed the rabbit and underlying soil and treated the area with disinfectant. He was very professional and it was worth the cost to not have a rotting and possibly diseased carcass around until the next garbage day. I would recommend Gotcha Wildlife without hesitation.

    squirrel problem

    Honest company. Returned to repair an additional entry point made after they had been paid and ultimately fixed the problem. You cant find integrity everywhere. I would recommend them highly

    Wildlife Removal

    Kenneth was very personable and professional when helping us deal with racoons that were trying to get under our back extension. Not only did he assess the problem quickly, but he installed wire mesh around the perimeter to prevent anymore intruders. We were very happy with his service, price and clean up after he was done. We highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife and have since recommended Kenneth to other people as well.

    Wildlife Control

    After hearing noises, I call Ken to come and assess my attic and roof for wildlife infiltration. Ken made arrangements to come in first thing the next day. He was thorough in investigating, made recommendations and implemented appropriate solutions. Ken was a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend his services to anyone!
