Basement Renovation
Keith and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. Matt made sure all trades that were needed cleaned up every day, They started early and worked as late as needed. All work was completed on schedule, could not be happier with how everything was done and looked. Highly recommended!!

Kitchen and main floor renovation.
Eastview has recommended to us by a realtor. Keith came to the house to discuss the project and ideas we had. After about 20 mins we found ourselves comfortable with his views and vast experience. Project had some structural issues – keith called in his engineer and we were back on track with minor changes to the scope. Each of the trades and employees for Eastview were professional in their fields of work and a pleasure to have enter our home. Thank you for a great end kitchen and main floor – we love it!
Answer from pro:

Home addition
I have nothing but good things to say about the work from eastview homes. They were there everyday when they said they would. The addition on our home was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. Matt did a great job keeping the site clean at the end of everyday aswell. We would recommend Keith at eastview homes to anyone looking to do renovations on their house.

Custom Renovation and Build
Eastview Homes designed and constructed our 2011 custom renovation build. We started with a 1,400 square foot bungalow building in the 1960’s and converted into 4,400 square foot 2 storey home. Their crew and list of trades were very professional and organized. We experienced minimum delays and are very proud of the end results. The complete renovation took about 8 months and no we did not live in the house.
Answer from pro:

Renovations to Bathrooms and Main Floor Including Stairs
In 2014 Eastview Homes designed and completed renovations in our home which we still love. Keith was the lead on the project and had the job site moving daily while providing and maintaining a clean and tidy site for our return on a daily basis. We will call Eastview Homes back when we are ready to renovate our basement without hesitation.
Answer from pro:

Kitchen Renovation
We hired Eastview Homes to complete a kitchen reno. The work involved design, new kitchen, mud room and rear patio. We met Keith at the house where he showed us pictures and talked about options available including removing one load bearing wall – which we were pleased with the suggestion as it closed off the kitchen to the rest of the house. Keith pulled in a structural engineer where he advised what was required to support the new opening, all of which was included in Keith’s quote. The renovation took about 4 months and looks great. The kitchen supplier Keith suggested was better than we could have imagined. We were responsible for choosing the stone counter top, back splash and all colours. The kitchen looks great – we love to cook and entertain in it. Job well done. Special thanks to Elton for his patience with the casing and trim. Eastview Homes gets a 10 from us.
Answer from pro:

Reno
We were referred to Keith / Eastview Homes from architect Frank Bandiera. We met at our place where we shared our interest in providing a needed facelift to our home. Keith explained the building process and estimated timeline. After receiving construction drawings Eastview provided helpful comments where we could conserve and quoted the project – new windows, doors, roof, wood siding, stone, stucco and landscaping. Our home now looks like a modern home without the cost associated with the costs of building new. We were completely satisfied with the construction and choice of trades. Thank you Hunt Address: dalewood, Oakville, L6J-4P3 Cost: $ 125,000
Answer from pro:

Exterior renovation
Eastview Homes supplied all materials (windows, roof, aluminum, siding, stone) and provided a great end product with respects to our exterior home renovation. The previous owner had install flagstone above the entire house. We had a designer draw up a new facade and Eastview Homes pulled everything together for a beautiful cape cod finish. Keith and his team were great - 10/10 ! Thank you Eastview Homes :-)
Answer from pro:
