Hi, I am Dave from Innisfil. I can't thank Done Well Post Holes enough!! I had hired another company to drill and set my post and they could not complete the job. Had called around to the big names and they were too chicken to try our neighborhood. My cousin referred me to Done Well Post holes. Tony did not have an easy job installing our posts. Wow Tony, we can't thank you enough! You and your team at Done Well, sure done well. My wife and I were at the stage of our home build where it was time for a fence. We spent a few weeks driving around the neighbourhood looking at fences for both designs and contractors. The one thing that sure stood out was that some fences sure looked straighter and sturdier then others. It wasn't until a few more drives into a few different neighbourhoods that my wife notice that all the fences that I commented on, as looking built well that she said. "All the ones you like have the same contractor sign on the lawn." So we went back and looked at a few again and sure enough it was true. Done Well Post Holes was a common theme. Non the less we called about 5 contractors to give us quotes, we had a few questions a couple demands and a time restriction. As expected they all promised the same great service for roughly the same price, but I could not ignore that having visited jobs that they had completed that Tony's work stood out. The price was the same but the materials were not, Some quoted using 2x4's where Tony used all 2x6's. The finished projects sure were not the same. Couple days later we made a deal as promised everything went well. The job was perfect we had a few demands and a couple extras that were not in the quote but Tony worked with us and made them happen. My wife was super pleased which made the experience that much better. It was not until the job was finished and everything was cleaned up that we started getting visits from neighbours who could not stop complimenting on the fence, as to how great it was, that they didn't even notice the work being done it was fast and efficient. Because our lot is on a corner everyone kept wanting to see how straight the fence was. They were blown away at how accurate , and straight it was. It was perfect. Tony we can't thank you enough, You have made a large project seem effortless. Thanks Tony!

I despise writing bad reviews but I cannot believe the horrible experience we had with Tony. When trying to book him, he wouldn't give me an answer on when he was coming until the night before he decided he could show up. Then he quoted me $15 to drill holes for our fence post. When he arrived he complained about drilling one side of our yard because it "looks hard". After drilling 23 of the 40 holes we needed dug, he decides to charge us $45 a hole instead because it is taking longer than usual due to our terrain. Unfortunately for him, he didn't take the necessary steps in providing a proper quote and therefore threw a hissy fit after he was told we would pay what we were quoted ($15) and not triple that. He then threatened to fill our holes back in, which, in hindsight we should have let him do because the holes he had dug were AWFUL. They weren't straight, they weren't all the proper depth and they weren't in line with the post holes adjacent to them. As aforementioned, I don't like to be a disparager and slander anyone's work but I wish there had been a review like this to warn me about Tony and Done Well Post Holes so I could've avoided the stress and blisters from having to pay $345 and then having to re-dig the holes he dug. Not to mention the holes that we still need dug as we weren't planning on having half a fence. If you want your job done right and completed, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Tony (owner of Done Well Post Holes) returned our call for a quotation same day and arranged for a convenient time for us after work to come to our premises to see what needed to be done and to give us a quotation. He provided us with a quotation prior to leaving. Tony is very friendly and professional. He started and completed the job when he said he would. Tony used only quality building materials and his workmanship was excellent. The black caps and the black gate hardware suggested by Tony made the fence look more impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his company Done Well Post Holes and will definitely keep him in mind for future home projects.

Very happy with the service that Tony and his people provided. He was always very good about returning my phone calls when I called for quotes which is a lot more than I can say for most companies I called. Tony did NOT have an easy job when it came to installing my fence posts. I think he said “Your backyard has more rocks than Newfoundland!”. That didn't stop him though and he did what he had to do to in order to get my fence posts installed. Every post was dead straight and he didn't even charge me more for all the extra time. On a side note he had my wife in tears she was laughing so hard which is always good to hear when leaving your wife to deal with contractors. I would HIGHLY recommend Tony’s crew to my whole neighborhood even though he asked me not too!

They were flexible and accommodating. They did the work that was agreed on, on time for the price that was agreed on. When a small unexpected problem came up, they were able to resolve it with their own ingenuity without making a big deal about anything and because it was small, they didn't change any price. I will use them again in the future for other landscaping.
