    Excellent work and customer service

    I was very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail provided by EcoComfort Insulation when upgrading my attic insulation. They provided a very competitive estimate for the work to be completed and were detail oriented in pointing out additional areas to insulate address to improve my attic space and ventilation. The job was booked in quickly. Contractors arrived at the scheduled time, were conscientious and cleaned/took all waste with them. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

    Attic Top Up insulation

    I am very impressed with Patrick who came to look over my attic and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done. He was helpful and accommodating in giving me all the information I needed and offered additional service to smooth my addition of a bath fan that needed to be connected through the attic to the roof. Extremely efficient and quick in producing the quote. This is the only quote I got for the job. In between the communication with the company was promptly handled. On the day of installation, the crew arrived within the window time, finished quickly and clean. Afterwards I looked at the photos they took for me and couldn't see the baffles that were to be installed. I contacted Patrick and he came over to inspect and showed me more photos of where the baffles were installed and gave a full explanation. Would definitely recommend their service.

    Honest, Efficient & Thorough

    Wojtek, Patrick and the entire crew were extremely thorough and efficient. We had quotes from 4 different companies and they were the most honest and transparent. We felt like a lot of the other companies were trying to take advantage of us. The crew removed all the old fiber glass insulation, installed new baffles as we had insufficient venting & air flow and then blew in new cellulose insulation to ensure we had the right R-Value. Pictures were taken of before and after and we couldn't be more pleased. They also took the time to clean-up after their work was completed. Highly recommend!

    Attic Insulation

    Great service from the initial quote to the install. Patrick was quick and efficient with the quote. He was quick to point out the soffit venting on my house and suggested they would benefit from additional baffles to improve ventilation. He also convinced my to upgrade to R60 as opposed to R50, which was my original request, in order to meet the current building code requirements. Ecocomfort was also able to help out with some custom requests, regarding installing a damper to prevent drafts on my bathroom fan. The installers Kevin and Tom were professional and friendly. They were able to show me the venting in my attic while they were swapping out the bathroom fan ducts and installing the damper for me. The insulation itself was installed quickly along with more baffles to improve the attic ventilation. I'd definitely hire them again for any attic needs in the future at any other properties!     Insulation removal, insulation top up, baffles

    Top notch service. We're currently renovating our main floor and found mold in the attic. We called a mold remediation company and one of their suggestions for keeping mold away in the future was to adjust the insulation in the attic and ensure there is enough airflow. The owner of that company highly recommended Eco Comfort. I called Eco Comfort and got a response right away. They came out to assess the situation, provided a solution and quote promptly. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job. There was a follow-up email upon completion of the job and I provided some constructive feedback. Patrick got in touch right way and asked what he could do to make it right. He responded to my requests right away, had a crew here within a few days and corrected the minor things that I wanted addressed. I would definitely hire them again and feel at ease knowing that the job that they did was done right. Seeing the mold in the attic was a bit traumatic and want to ensure it never comes back and I'm glad I hired Eco Comfort to get things done right.

    Attic Insulation

    I have posted this review 5 years after the initial project to provide a true feed back. We needed to replace our 25 years old attic insulation, in 2016.. Contacted number of companies and the Eco Comfort Insulation stood out. Company rep - Wojteck - was very professional and to the point. The crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. No mess. Directly from the roof. Removed the existing insulation and filled up the attic according to R50 standard. Since then our second floor is no longer hot and cold as it used to be. Highly recommend this company.

    Roof Insulation upgrade

    The team arrived on site and assessed the requirements to complete the upgrade. They were very professional and completed the work. Much appreciated the team. I have recommended ECOCOMFORT to two other households for insulation upgrades.

    attic insulation

    After long search I chose Eco Comfort. The initial assessment/quote on site by Patrick was very quick and he provided all the info. Then installation crew arrived on time, were quick and clean, very professional. Very happy !

    Incredible Company!

    The insulation in our attic was atrocious and we needed it removed/replaced. Eco Comfort responded quickly, answered all our questions, and kept us in the loop the entire time. On insulation day, the guys showed up early, worked fast, and got the job done within a few hours. Amazing company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any insulation work!
