I moved into a 36 year old home 7 months ago and had a pretty cold winter. Called Ecocomfort for an estimate on attic insulation. Scheduling was easy and quick. Had the old insulation removed and replaced with new. The team was very friendly, organized, tidy, and respectful to property. I will pass along my recommendation to family and friends! Great company!

All the reviews seen here validated the experience. They showed up and allowed us to see in the attic before they had begun. They protected all areas of the home where they were walking and let us take a look following the completed work. They found an exhaust fan pipe that had separated from the roof, which they replaced with an insulated pipe and reconnected at no additional cost. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire job which took less than two hours to complete. Very satisfied! I would recommend them when looking to complete other work. Well done.

For a house built in the mid 80's it was time to update/improve on the basic attic insulation, and bring up to a more respectable R60. During the initial site visit, everything was explained to us, from the process, to work that was to be done, to providing pictures of the current state of the attic, including any issues found. Such as missing insulation, access areas, and even a vent pipe that was not properly insulated. A competitive price was provided on the spot and it captured all of the work that was to be done. Booking the crew was a simple phone call, and a few days later, the work was complete. When the team arrived, they explained what it was they were going to do (echoing what I was told at the outset) reconfirming all the items/work that was in the quote, and away they went. They protected the floors and prepared the area. The entire install took about 3 hours total. Afterward, the team then explained all that they had found, including some areas that had minimal, if any insulation. Not any more of course!! They then cleaned up any mess, and left the space and floors clean and tidy. Almost as if they weren't even there. I should mention that I asked the crew to take a few before and after pictures. They turned that request into a positive customer experience by saying I would appreciate the work all the more if I took the before and after, so that I could see for myself. I thought that was great !! No doubt that also avoids any possible issues or potential complaints. I have no complaints, only a recommendation to seek out EcoComfort Insulation and have them quote for you. I am glad I did.

Extremely professional and efficient from quoting to finished product. Wojtek came and gave us a quote onsite during his visit, he was the most knowledgeable and friendly of the companies that quoted me (I had 4 quotes). He produced a quote right there on the spot unlike two of the other which I had to wait a few days for. I research these thing a lot in picking companies (my wife makes fun of me of course) to do work on our house and was not disappointed. Wojtek's quote was competitive, I was expecting it to be more seeing they were one of the top companies listed on Homestars for this but that was not the case. Of the quotes, Ecocomfort was the best value for the money on paper and other companies were as much as $400 more for the same if not less work. Carlos and Mike were onsite to do the work, they were on time and efficient, introduced themselves and explained it all as to what would happen and answered any questions I had. They completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up everything, would not have even known they were here. They showed me the final product and explained some problem areas they fixed and then they were on their way. Perfect experience with a company. Wojtek followed up a few hours after they were done to make sure all was fine. Excellent company highly recommended.

The whole process, from the quote through to the completion of all the work was done in a highly professional and courteous manner. We appreciated that the crew arrived when scheduled, all our questions/concerns were addressed, and the work was carried out quickly, efficiently and our home was left neat and clean.
