Eco Comfort Insulation & Contracting reviews (821)

Very Pleased with Carlos and Mike.Assured me that there wasn't any concern re Racoons!.Company was cost very reasonable.Insulation was R65-Thanks for the extra!Quote by Wojok was efficient and accomodated us for more than 2 change of dates.

I was originally going to do the attic insulation myself, went up there and took a look... I thought I would be easy. I was just going to put the baffles in and blow in the fiberglass. But after speaking with a co-worker (who had his father help him). I decided to go with Ecocomfort, especially when they had a special for R60 for the price of R50 at $1/ sq. ft. It was a no brainer and they had a lot of good reviews. I emailed The company for a quote and Wojtek replied to me the next day with a lot of details. I emailed him with a lot of questions and each time he replied promptly and with detailed answers. In the end I settled on blown in cellulose (both fiberglass and cellulose were the same price). I booked an appointment with Wojtek for May 9 2017 between 2pm and 3pm. On May 9, Tom and Mike arrived at 2:30pm, immediately both were friendly, polite and professional. They put down drop sheets and and invited me up their ladder to view the attic and told me what they were going to do. I am so glad I had Ecocomfort doing the job rather than my wife and I. We would have had to rent a truck from Home Depot, and the insulation blowing machine... in short it would have been a lot of sweat and hard work... and a lot slower. Tom and Mike corrected a couple of mistakes in my attic that were made by the builder, which I would never have known or corrected. It was one of the issues causing condensation on my windows in the winter. During the job, Tom and Mike answered any questions I had. I was able to take photos after the installation of the baffles and after the blowing in of the insulation. The job took about 2.5hrs, and at the end I was completely satisfied. I would recommend Ecocomfort to anyone. Keep up the great work!

I moved into a 36 year old home 7 months ago and had a pretty cold winter. Called Ecocomfort for an estimate on attic insulation. Scheduling was easy and quick. Had the old insulation removed and replaced with new. The team was very friendly, organized, tidy, and respectful to property. I will pass along my recommendation to family and friends! Great company!

We chose EcoComfort to blow insulation into our attic space after reading their positive reviews on Homestars. Wojtek provided a fair estimate and made suggestions for us. Patrick and Carlos arrived on time, were friendly and did great work. Would definitely recommend their services.

Things were excellent yesterday! Your team was prompt, efficient, fastidious, very genial and informative. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I would highly recommend your firm to anyone, and when the occasion arises will do so. I have also reported my huge satisfaction to my friends who had referred you.

Nice ppl. Good job. Cleaned up after the job. I would recommend them to friends.

All the reviews seen here validated the experience. They showed up and allowed us to see in the attic before they had begun. They protected all areas of the home where they were walking and let us take a look following the completed work. They found an exhaust fan pipe that had separated from the roof, which they replaced with an insulated pipe and reconnected at no additional cost. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire job which took less than two hours to complete. Very satisfied! I would recommend them when looking to complete other work. Well done.

Someone recommended the services of this company to me and I would refer them on to anyone else who was looking to replace their attic insulation. I was very satisfied.

For a house built in the mid 80's it was time to update/improve on the basic attic insulation, and bring up to a more respectable R60. During the initial site visit, everything was explained to us, from the process, to work that was to be done, to providing pictures of the current state of the attic, including any issues found. Such as missing insulation, access areas, and even a vent pipe that was not properly insulated. A competitive price was provided on the spot and it captured all of the work that was to be done. Booking the crew was a simple phone call, and a few days later, the work was complete. When the team arrived, they explained what it was they were going to do (echoing what I was told at the outset) reconfirming all the items/work that was in the quote, and away they went. They protected the floors and prepared the area. The entire install took about 3 hours total. Afterward, the team then explained all that they had found, including some areas that had minimal, if any insulation. Not any more of course!! They then cleaned up any mess, and left the space and floors clean and tidy. Almost as if they weren't even there. I should mention that I asked the crew to take a few before and after pictures. They turned that request into a positive customer experience by saying I would appreciate the work all the more if I took the before and after, so that I could see for myself. I thought that was great !! No doubt that also avoids any possible issues or potential complaints. I have no complaints, only a recommendation to seek out EcoComfort Insulation and have them quote for you. I am glad I did.

We were very please with the prompt professional service. The workmanship was exceptional with clean up taken very seriously.
