    The worst movers ever

    No wonder why they have the worst reviews everywhere. The movers threw my stuff like a garbage bin. Boxes will fragile expensive crystals were thrown meters away!!! They charged me alot including for extra coverage... They won't tell you that even their full coverage is not covering you for a penny if you have packed your items. At the end, we had most of our beautiful vintage broken

    Move and Storage for renovation

    AMJ moved our condo furnishings to storage so we could replace our water damaged hardwood floor. The crew was courteous, professional and efficient. Unfortunately during the move 2 items were damaged. AMJ repaired one item and replaced the other without any issues. I would recommend AMJ to anyone in need of moving services.

    The move from Hell

    The area manager gives an estimate on the content, but they sent a truck that cannot take all the furniture and had to leave some furniture behind. Aggressive and impolite driver who treats people with no respect and lack of professionalism. Many pieces of furniture arrive broken and useless missing parts. Kitchen supplies and glass arrive totally broken although it had 'FRAGILE' on it . Their response: They not responsible for anything they did not pack themselves and do not replace what is broken although I bought insurance. The manager does not say any such thing when she was over for the estimate. The "customer" is always at fault as customer must have bought extra furniture than what was initially seen by manager which is not true. Customer did not pack properly, customer and team had a conflict of personality, etc... after many calls and arguments, they sent someone to fix some of the furniture but the rest is till scratched, chipped, wobbly, etc... Will never use this company ever again. Their employees treat the customer as if they were not saying a word of truth. I had a couple of months dealing with them and trying to get things right, but was not successful. They hire aggressive people to respond to complaints and if you do not agree, they say take it of leave as we will close the file

    Move and storage--Ottawa, ON to Woodland, CA

    AMJ worked with me to move my belongings from Ottawa, ON, Canada, to Vancouver, BC. I stored goods at their facility in Delta, BC, for 8 months and then had my items shipped to Woodland, CA, USA. All the individuals I worked with were professional, helpful, friendly, accommodating, prompt, and polite--in short, a pleasure to work with. I would happily rely on AMJ again and, based on my experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

    Move

    AMJ Campbell was recommended to us after we received a quote from another local company. By chance, two of our friends had used AMJ and their estimate was exactly half for the same service. Debbie, our moving consultant was very accurate in estimating the cost (in fact the final total was slightly less, a nice surprise!). While we prepared to move she was always available for questions and tips on making our move a smooth one. The moving team were prompt, polite and very professional. They took great care with our belongings and delivered everything to our new home and placed all items where we had indicated. Debbie emphasized organization, so we had labelled everything clearly. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

    Long distance move

    I had to move a one bedroom apartment half way across the country. AMJ movers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and very good at their job. Everything arrived a week later in perfect condition, and was unloaded quickly and efficiently.

    House Move.

    Moved 2.5 Kilometers from a 3 storey townhouse to a 2 storey townhouse. Movers were on time, took less time than planned for, were polite, professional and efficient. The movers worked to make our move successful and their efforts paid off. There was a minor issue with a piece of furniture that the company dealt with in a timely manner. Would certainly use AMJ Campbell again and would ask for Tara Mullin and the moving crew managed by Boris. Obviously would have no hesitation in providing Tara's contact info to other people considering a move. Well done!

    Toronto to Vancouver

    I am surprised to see some of the reviews here as I had a fantastic experience working with AMJ Campbell. They provided me with packing and transportation service and everything was smooth from start to finish. I had a three bedroom home and the whole process seemed overwhelming to me. The rep was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole experience as this was my first cross country move. I felt very comfortable and in good hands! I have already recommended AMJ Campbell to friends and my brother who will also be making a move cross country. Thank you AMJ!

    moving/downsizing

    I required the company to pack my contents and move me. The sales rep was very pleasant and professional. The rates were very reasonable. The packing was a flat rate of 1400 and the move the next day, was hourly. The amount I paid was a bit less than estimated, which was welcomed news. My only complaint was the box labels. They were very large and lacked a description of contents, which made unpacking a nightmare, and resulted in an 8 out of 10 for this company.

    Great move

    AMJ Campbell gave us outstanding service on a large move from Toronto to Mississauga. Carefully packed the crockery and crated the art work and glass top tables. The packers, craters and movers were cheerful and happy to accommodate to special requests. On time and worked hard. Highly highly recommended.
