    new shingle roof installed

    I am extremely satisfied, the work was done as per the date mentioned, the property was cleaned after the work completed . I would recommend Excel Building any time.

    Roofing job

    Thanks for fitting in the roof job to the schedule so easily. The team did an amazing job from the time they arrived until they left. The company was well organized and work completed on time. Everything was cleaned up before the crew left. Only one concern, when the trailer stayed in the driveway a while after the job was completed.

    Roof Replacement July 2024

    Excel Roofing did an awesome job on my recent roof replacement in July 2024! I'm very pleased with my new roof. The whole Excel team are very efficient and professional to say the least. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done. Without a doubt, I would hire Excel Roofing again. And I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends for any roofing work that they might need. Thanks again for the great work and overall good experience dealing with Excel Roofing!!     Roof

    Excel Building & Roofing Inc is a great roofing company. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they have done on my house. Very Professional, dependable and reliable roofing company from the first meeting till final completion. I had constant communication and updates with the office to schedule work at my convenience. I would highly recommend Excel Building & Roofing Inc.

    Roof replacement

    We are satisfied with the work. The price was competitive. The managers were responsive. There was some nails left in the common driveway after the work, which we had to pick up. Some debris and cigarette buds in the backyard. That said, they accepted to come back promptly to clear a gutter that was clogged. All in all, the work seemed to have been well done, and the workers were very cordial, so I would not hesitate recommending this company for a roof replacement.

    Roof shingles replaced.

    I had Excel replace my roof shingles last week. It was a 2 day job as I have mansards front and back and they are a pain to work with. Colin, James, Kyle, Keith and Aidan did an exceptional job. I discussed my gutter on the back with Colin (foreman) as I was fearful of it not being replaced after my meeting with Alex to discuss the job. Colin had a look and told me no worries, they could do the job and ensure my gutter was replaced. A big sigh of relief from me. Upon completion, they removed all equipment and cleaned the property of any debris and nails. My neighbours were quite impressed. :)

    roof replacement for house/ shed

    We are very satisfied. workers were very respectful of our property while doing their work of our roof on the house and also our shed. The workers were diligent, we appreciated that no loud music was played, while doing the project. When the project was finished all was taken care of and left our property spotless. We feel satisfied with Excel Building & Roofing our roof guaranteed for 50 years. We are very satisfied, certainly would recommend them highly. Pat, Diane
