A painless process. Visiting Windowramas showroom in Toronto was informative. Installation of 16 windows in Richmond Hill home was completed in two days, including lead abatement procedures. All personnel were prompt, friendly and courteous -- Paul in sales, Andy with the follow up critical measurements, and smiling, hard-working brothers Chad and Peter with installation. Andy made some much appreciated design suggestions.

We hired Windorama to replace all of our existing doors and windows. Right from the start Vadim had some great recommendations and made the process a breeze. Less than 1 month later, Serge and his team were on site for the install and we could not be happier. They were very professional and left our home very clean. We couldn't be happier with our new doors and windows.

Excellent! From beginning to end the staff was remarkable to work with. Andre was professional and timely with his estimate and explaining the differences in windows to me. As a first-time replacement window purchaser, I appreciated his time and patience explaining this to me. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed during the entire process - from ordering to installation. The 3 gentlemen who installed my windows were amazing! I was expecting to return home to a moderate mess, (dust, dirt, debris, etc) but was thrilled to come home and find the cleanliness of my home to be just as I had left it! The icing on the cake of course is the new windows! They look amazing and I am very happy.

I called Windowrama for an estimate for almost all of the windows + 2 doors in my house. The experience has been excellent, from start to finish. 1. The estimate was done by Paul, and his visit was quite pleasant and the samples and demonstrations that he presented were a big seller in the decision to go ahead with the work. 2. Weekly follow-ups were very helpful. The status of the order was never in question. 3. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. Mike and Andre were very efficient in the way the used their time here, and even finished a day early. The site was left virtually spotless after they were done. 4. A couple of issues arose, but these are due to manufacturer error rather than Windowrama. One window glass had a small crack in it, and 2 windows had some debris caught within the window glass. One screen door was completely missing, and one was practically demolished upon arrival. Of course, to Windowrama's credit, the issues hasbeen resolved, with minimal hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend Them for those who are interested in a quality product. There are cheaper ways to resolve some window issues, but if you see windows as an investment rather than an expense, this is the company to use. Time will tell if my initial euphoria is valid. That being said, so far so good, and the house immediately felt different, not only in appearance, but in climate function within. THANKS PAUL, MIKE and Andre

Salesman from Windowrama was knowledgeable and friendly. The price was really reasonable. Order was placed, work was scheduled about 5-6 weeks out. When the crew arrived, they were very professional, friendly and fast. 11window inserts done and the front door replaced in a day. They were very clean, putting down sheets over the carpeting every place they went, vacuuming up all dust and debris created, all the old windows taken away. When they pulled out, you would never have known that all that work had just happened. I would definitely recommend them.

There are good window companies and then there is Windowrama by Paul. Everything came out as promised, and they fulfilled every one of my installation wishes. I greatly appreciated how everything was done very professionally, cleanly and in a timely matter. The crews called in the morning to let us know their approximate arrival time. And they arrived within that time frame. Both crews Paul's and Mark’s with their helper did a fabulous job. It was a pleasure working with them. Windowrama for sure goes the extra mile and we would any time work with them again.

Highly satisfied with WindowRama services. I met Paul at a home improvement show in Toronto when I wasn't shopping for windows, and felt confident with him immediately. We did our homework shopping around and comparing products. The windows he recommended appeared to be the best value. There was no sales pressure, nor a requirement that my wife and I sit through the pitch, as other firms "require" before offering a price. Work days were scheduled about six weeks ahead and went very smoothly. 7 months later, we remain highly satisfied with the installation and the choices we made with Paul's professional approach and work ethic.

Great! Andre our install technician was outstanding in his workmanship, solutioning and speed. Windowrama also offered up some design ideas that no one else did and that made a huge difference. Specifically they suggested larger windows in our basement after looking at the sight lines from totally angles. Overall the install was done really well so was the clean up!

I met Paul at the reno show back in Feb. He was very polite and told me a great deal about his company and about the windows and doors that they manufacture and produce. So when June came around we decided to use his services. He gave us a customized estimate of our place and was also able to organize financing through his bank. Our windows now look great. And we have small monthly payment which will only take 2 years to pay out. If you are on a budget then Windowrama is the way to go.
