I had broken a sliding glass patio door over the summer and wanted it replaced before the winter began. I spent weeks reading reviews of window and glass replacement companies and Windowrama consistently had the best reviews. I called for an appraisal the week of Thanksgiving and an appraiser came within one day. Paul was on time, very friendly and efficient. He took his measurements in matter of minutes and gave me a very fair quote of $650. He said that with the holiday it would take a few weeks for the installation which was entirely reasonable. I received a call about ten days later from Alexy (Pauls brother) to set up the installation. He came the next day and did a tremendous job in replacing the glass. I have a few more projects that need to be done (window replacement and repairs on other patio doors) and I will be calling Windowrama again in the Spring to handle these jobs.

After much research online we decided to go with this company. I love the fact that its a small family business, where the owner takes care of you personally. I was very pleased with the whole process, from our first telephone call to WindowRama to having our windows and sliding door installed. Our telephone call was returned almost immediately. Paul did a wonderful job of explaining and demonstrating the different options in regard to new windows and gave us a wonderful price for a significant number of windows. The installation took 2 days and we couldn't be happier. The work crew arrived on time and were very professional. They caulked and capped all windows, removed all window debris, and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend this company.

Paul took out a window and replaced it. He also took my old screen and stretched new screen over the frame. One side was all bent and he made a piece to replace it saving me money and time on getting a new screen. He was very efficient while working and cleaned up as he went. He had to put a plastic bead around the window. Since my windows were so old, a grey bead material was not available. He went to a little more trouble by spray painting it for me so it would match. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

There were actually two jobs involved. The first one was to replace the front awning windows that were on our front porch. The house is 75 years old and someone had put these in to replace the original screens and done a terrible job. The owner Paul came out and gave an estimate on the energy efficient windows. The crew arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up and we were so impressed that we went ahead and had the rest of the windows replaced. I am impressed as to how much warmer the house is and that we don't get air leaks anymore. The windows look great and we are already getting lower power bills.

One of the owners came to the house to measure and 2-3 days later sent a bid for the job. At that time I asked if we could add interior grill work and the office sent a new bid. It only added $100 to the price. I scheduled an installation appointment and the installer was actually a half-hour early. He immediately got to work. Having been in the commercial construction and commercial property management business for over 30 years I have some idea as to what to look for in a worker. Paul was professional, methodical and tidy. He actually cleaned up as he went which is a delight to see. The doors are heavy duty aluminum with a white finish and argon gas filled with low-e and enclosed grill work, and an insect proof screen door. Everything has substantial locks and the entire job and the end result are fabulous. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to any one who needs windows or doors.

I previously had 2 other window companies give me estimates which were extremely high. I paid Windowrama the same amount of money for 10 windows that the others wanted for 3-4 windows. Paul earned my trust and did not waste my time. He answered all my questions with patience and gave me all the options I needed. The installers arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up the job well. I was thrilled with the improvement the new windows to my 50+ year old home. Paul changed a bathroom glass to obscure and did not charge me and put it in in less than a week. Installing these windows is one of the best home improvement I have ever done to my home and would recommend Windowrama to all my friends, neighbors and family.

The owner Paul came to our house and, after looking at our odd sized bedroom windows and our balcony, sat with us and showed what windows he recommended plus others available. Very friendly and thorough. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choices, which were his recommendations. Within days, a man came by to remeasure, and sent the figures back to Windowrama so they could begin building our windows! It took approx 6 weeks to receive the windows/doors. After that Paul and 3 young men brought them to our home. They were done in a bit over two hours and everything was perfect. The fit, caulking, screens, windows were all perfect. Then, once everything was approved, the guys vacuumed my carpet! No one would have known they were there except for the windows!

Windowrama workers removed all the old wood windows from the exterior side, and only had to come inside for a few chores. None of the drapes, wood shutters or other fixtures on the inside had to be touched. There was nothing that had to be replaced or even rearranged on the inside. The exterior was then trimmed with metallic moldings that closely matched our trim color. The work went smoothly and rapidly. Several of the windows were ordered with wood-grained vinyl that approximates the interior wood trim. This matched very well in the Family Room and Kitchen. The rest of our inside trim was white, so there was no problem with colours. The whole job took about 4 weeks from first quote to finish. After the windows were done, I had them come back and do the doors. Go with Windowrama, you will be treated like family.

The owner, Paul, was meticulous in explaining the product and services. He assisted us in our selection, and offered additional options to consider in upgrading our screened porch to a sunroom. We were also very impressed with the technician who measured the doors. When the doors were found to have a slight crack in the transom glass, Windowrama office personnel called, apologized, and graciously offered a gift card toward a local restaurant. They quickly replaced the glass, and were still able to deliver the doors well within the original timetable. When installation day arrived, Gregg, the foreman, got right to work with his coworker. The both were personable, polite, and industrious. They labored for more than ten hours, and did a wonderful job. We became friends with these gentlemen, and shared a meal. Paul called two weeks after the doors were installed, to make sure that we were satisfied with the end result. We are very pleased with the entire process, and have made new friends. We will definitely use Windowrama again, and would recommend their services.

After choosing WindowRama, as the company to install (19) windows in my home, Paul the owner came to our home and give a detailed description of the work they would be performing (example: how they would install the windows and how they would case the window frames). He described the materials they would be using, as well as the areas that would need wood repair and or replacement. Paul not only explained, but was able to show me these areas as well. Later on, Paul had Dennis and Alexy to come out and measure the windows, as well as perform a more thorough inspection of each window for any repair. Once again, Dennis went over exactly what work was going to be performed, and found a couple of more areas of wood which needs to be replaced. The team was fantastic; they came in, and started to work as if they were a fine crafted well oiled machine. Dennis, Alexy, and Paul had their act together, you could tell by the way they inspected each window before installation and with the accuracy of installation, really, when it came to details, they were very detail oriented. These guys are very cautious, not only on the outside of the house, but on the inside as well. The concern for our furnishings were of the utmost importance down to removing pictures near the windows. Each and every day, they cleaned up after they finish work to ensure there was no trash left behind. I really can't say enough about how well I like WindowRama, they did what they promised, with no surprises or extra cost whatsoever. On a couple of occasions I had to run some errands and was not the least concerned about leaving my home. I do want to say Thank You to Paul, Dennis, and I surely can't forget about Alexy, who did all the follow-up calling, window measuring, and ensuring that everything was on schedule. One more thing, their Customer Service Was Great.
