Everyone else's warranty was for owner occupied only, but this current home is going to become a rental property next year. WindowRama were the only ones who worked with us to get us documentation saying that we would be covered after we are no longer owner occupied. Otherwise, our warranty would have been void as soon as we rented out our home. It was great. They showed up when they were supposed to. They cleaned up after they left and got the job done the same day. They had Paul the owner come out during the day to check the work and make sure that everything was getting done properly and to make sure that we were happy with it. It was a good experience

We knew we eventually wanted to replace our windows but thought it would be best to delay research on it for another year or two. Representatives were canvasing our neighborhood, shared some background materials and a cd, and we decided to schedule a meeting. The sales person was prompt, professional, and respectful of our time. Paul did an assessment of the work to be done, presented options appropriate for our location, let us know about other completed projects in the neighborhood we could see, and worked up an estimate. There were various specials available and payment options that made the project worthy of consideration. I believe the estimates were good for a decent period of time, but we opted to do the work after reviewing the estimates, deciding on a window style and setting a target date for installation. Windows were ordered, another time was set for someone to come out and confirm all measurements, specs and details of the project (colour samples for outer framing, testing for lead, instructions for clearing space prior to installation, etc.), and installation schedule was confirmed. The day of the installation, the 2 installers arrived (Gregg and Alexy) a little early, scanned the work to be done, communicated their plan for the day, unloaded their truck and set up. A few hours later, our sales person called to confirm the crew had arrived and all was going well. Communicating the plan for the day included an overview of how they will prep each existing window, what order they anticipated going in through the house, and confirmed that the plan was ok; they also went over the placement and specs of each window to make sure it is what we ordered. They took great care to mask windows inside and kept spaces clean throughout the day. I think they arrived around 8a and had completed the project by 6:30p. The installers were respectful, thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves, inside and out. Outside, they did a good job of not crushing plants and shrubs. They gave a demonstration on how the windows worked and they were done. Post installation, we discovered that 3-5 windows didn't close properly, we placed a service call and a technician came the next day to re-calibrate and provide additional recommendations on maintenance and troubleshooting. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Windowrama to anyone searching to identify companies for comparative and competitive estimates and excellent service and support.

From the sales rep Paul, to the installation crew, I couldn't be happier. The installation crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The installation crew took care in putting down drop cloths and were constantly vacuuming any debris as they removed the old windows. In watching the crew install the windows you could tell they took great pride in their workmanship. I have also purchased (2) sliding doors, an entry door and a storm door from WindowRama which will be installed in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend WindowRama if you are looking for a company that not only provides excellent service but also takes great pride in their workmanship which unfortunately has become a rarity. I'm looking forward to receiving my doors and will give another update once they are installed.

We called Windowrama and a few other companies because we thought we needed new windows. Several of ours, including one of our big bay windows, had the gasket between the panes of the double-paned windows bulging out. Windowrama was the only vendor we interviewed to suggest that we could simply replace the glass packs in the windows rather than the entire window. This was a much less expensive and less invasive fix, since the window frames themselves were in great shape. All went according to plan and the sales rep who came to our home answered all our questions thoroughly and was very available to us by phone or email before and throughout the entire process. The installers did a great job and we are very happy. We're also grateful that Windowrama didn't take advantage of us and sell us entire windows when all we needed to do was replace the glass. They earned my trust with that!

Windowrama has done work for us before and as always everything went great from start to finish. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. We want to commend the owner Paul B. and the three installers, two of which we know by name Mike and Alexy for a job well done!! We could not have asked for a better installation crew, all three men did a great job. Please give them a personal thank you from us. We recommend that everyone who reads this report use Windowrama. We will definitely recommend you to all of our family and friends. Thank you for a job well done!!!

All around, a excellent experience. We love our new windows and have already called them about a door and more windows. Windowrama quoted and replaced 12 windows in our home. Alexy made the initial measurements and quote which Paul the owner came and verified. Both appointments were prompt, punctual, polite and efficient. There was a slight delay due to the windows not being delivered to Windowrama on time, but the communication from Paul and Alexy was timely, thorough and accurate. When the windows were delivered, the work was completed in less time than originally scheduled . The installers were right on time, quick and courteous.

Windowramas was one of three estimates for replacement windows in our front facing garage. They were not the lowest price, but I felt i got the most information and value from this company. They listened to our concerns and helped us make a decision for vinyl windows which is a change from the original windows in the house. This decision was not made easily as we did not want to do anything to change the value of our home. However, with our history of weather related window problems, we needed to have all the information available to make an informed choice. We are very pleased with the appearance of the new windows. From meeting with the sales person to the installation of the windows, everything went smoothly. The windows arrived earlier than expected and were installed with few or no problems. We had a lot of wood rot to deal with and our installer dealt with this very efficiently. Extra insulation was put in around the windows making them the most efficient windows in our home.

They showed us the window selection in their showroom which allowed us to operate the same windows we would be getting. They also advised us on the the pros and cons of the sliding patio doors which helped our decision making. We were able to schedule at that time for a August install, ahead of the colder season. When the date arrived they were on time and were able to install all 12 windows and the sliding patio in one day. They came back for a part of the next day to caulk and trim. The installers showed us the features of the windows which helped us to see on site how to tilt the panes in for ease of cleaning. Paul (Windowrama's owner) paid a courtesy call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and windows and to see if there were any questions he could answer. Great customer service. The windows greatly improved the appearance of our house inside and out. We are very glad we chose Windowrama for this project.

It went very well but that was expected since we had used Windowrama a year ago for a previous project. This time it only took about 3 weeks for the ordered windows to arrive and actually, scheduling took a bit of time since the turnaround was not expected to be that fast! However, two days were set aside for the installation and it only took one day. Only glitch was a frosted lower pane had been ordered for a bathroom window but it came with a clear pane. Windowrama immediately said they would take care of that. The pane had to be ordered again and the problem was fixed within a month. Since the frosted pane had to be reordered this was really quite a good turnaround again. The windows look great and we are pleased,. This glitch was not a big deal at all. Based on our two experiences with Windowrama we would highly recommend them for any window needs!

Windowrama saved the day. They upgraded me to a better window then what another supplier had originally sold me, and gave me their best installers. From start to finish they were upfront about cost, tax, etc. During the sales process (my 4th window demo so I knew what they were saying by now,) It was obvious that the Windowcity window was a better window than what I had previously selected. During measurement and installation: They sent their installer Andre, who did a fantastic job and was very courteous, professional, and respectful of our time (and need for some degree of privacy since they were there two full days.) During measurement I asked about having the cedar boards wrapped in the aluminum wrap they use around the window sills. Andre strongly discouraged me from doing so saying it would look awful. He was right, it would have, I saw a house down the street that had it done and it would have looked bad. The quality of installation they did on the wrap and windows was top notch. Period. After the sale: I had ordered nickel hardware for my sliding glass door and what arrived was all white. Paul, the manager, was quick to order the right hardware and he himself showed up to install it. While I'm disappointed I didn't get the nickel handle for the screen door, or the silver kick trim as ordered, I am satisfied overall. Overall great experience and I will use them for cement fiber board siding when I'm ready. But I would like the window concern addressed first.
