Did moving with this company out of province, they are very flexible, outstanding services, specially thanks to Leo, Elvin, Jason, Harsh, and team this guys were super friendly, very hardworking, detailed oriented, good communication and down to earth and did all the jobs on time, I would really recommend to there service highly, it was easy and hassle free moving with their support, would give 100 stars to team. The absolute best experience I've had with hiring a moving company. I have done many moves both within a city and to different provinces and they were by far the best and most cost efficient! All communication was clear, professional and precise. The estimate had no hidden charges or surprise additions at the end of the move. It was exactly what they estimated. The moves both on pick up in BC and drop off in AB were punctual, professional, very friendly and above all else took great care of my belongings. They wrapped absolutely everything with moving blankets and tape with no additional cost, it's just part of the service! They also took the time to ask me which floor and room i wanted everything placed in without me feeling rushed or pressured. I have never been more wowed by a service provider! Thank you to the whole team at flat rate relocation for making a usually stressful experience absolutely stress-free!!

I highly recommend Flat Rate Relocation, we used their service moving from California, CA to Vancouver, BC in mid may, and two young man Jason and Sef were superb, very professional, friendly, and thoughful, detail-oriented, they are so detailed because they had lots of experiences that they can foresee the potential risk, i reply on their opinion alot during the whole movement and they made everything a breeze. They are absolutely on time on both side, it's a team that you can trust completely, and even my ikea furnitures are well handled too, my item arrives in vancouver still in their original way. Their price cant beat, it's the cheapest i can find.

Sef and Elwin were the most amazing people I have ever met. They were extremely professional, careful, and so kind. They updated me all along the way, as this was a big move from Vancouver, Canada to Los Angeles! I will only use them moving forward for any big moves. I had very special paintings that came back perfectly. A previous moving company I used had ruined a painting! The only regret I have is I didn't pay for their packing services too, as they are the best and really treat your belongings as theirs. Leo was also extremely helpful in onboarding me as a customer. He was always available to answer any and all questions and even via text which was easier for me. Thank you everyone!!! I'm so blessed to have found Flat Rate! Love Devorah and Bernie.

Excellent services right from enquiry, booking and execution of picking up and delivery the products from Canada to U.S. the team were very helpful and showed courtesy. Nothing damaged nothing misplaced. We got the shipment as per our convenience day and time! Pick up and delivery was exactly on the scheduled time! Kudos to Leo and his team!
