    Maple Ridge to Cranbrook, BC

    I would recommend this company any day of the week. They were friendly, helpful, and did an excellent job moving everything efficiently and safely to our new location. Very happy with this company and if we ever move again we would use them without question.

    Moving from Alberta to British Columbia

    The boys are so professional, no scratches, clean and fast too. I packed just my boxes and they did everything else, everything good placed and installed with professionalism, I will recommend with pleasure to all my friends and if one day I will move again, I will contact them again. The prices are acceptable too.

    Moving

    They were pleasant and efficient and were reasonably priced. I've had experience with other movers and none had taken the care in making sure that my belongings weren't damaged.

    Moving

    Very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests. Movers prepared, careful, and friendly. Did an excellent job and charged a fair rate. Went out of their way to meet my needs.

    Moving

    These guys were great! My wife and I moved from Vancouver to Calgary and they did exactly what they said they would and more. I would absolutely recommend using these guys for your moving needs.

    Moving Services

    Hi. If you are checking out this company to be sure they are of the high quality and standards with fair pricing, I do attest to that in my experience. Very Professional service. Courteous Crew. Extremely careful in wrapping and damage avoidance. Extremely resourceful as we had to arrange extra cartage for our load and that was taken care of immediately.     Interprovincial Move

    Fantastic service. The movers arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and courteous. My contents arrived exactly when they said it would. Nothing was damaged. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to relocate.

    Fantastic service. Thank you Leo. Thank you Sef.

    It is difficult chasing a moving company. There are so many out there to chose from and you feel that you are giving somebody all of your possessions and trusting them to deliver on their promise. I only have good things to say about Flat Rate Relocation. Leo in customer service was great at returning my phone calls and providing clarification every step of the way. Sef (the driver) was fantastic at taking care of all of my belongings and ensuring their safe delivery. He went even further and helped with minimizing extra costs. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is wanting to move and will be calling on their services again the next time I need them.

    Best in the Business

    I have moved several times over the years, and have never had such a positive experience as we did with Flat Rate Relocation. From point of booking (professional, thorough, and followed up with confirmation of our booking immediately) to the actual move, I can't say enough about how fantastic this company is. The team that completed the move for us came the day before to assess our furniture and boxes, always called ahead to let us know their timing, were on time exactly when they promised, and were in constant contact with the location of our items. Our items were handled with care during the loading and unloading process, with extremely friendly and professional individuals. After unpacking, there was nothing broken or damaged. Normally a stressful piece of moving your family to a different province, the moving of our items was the most seamless part with Flat Rate Relocation. I would highly recommend them for any of your relocation requirements. Thank you so much!

    Amazing

    It is hard to describe the amazing service provided by Flat Rate Relocation. I moved from Calgary to Vancouver and the guys went above and beyond to not only provide the greatest service I could imagine, on time (actually delivering one day early and at late hours!) and with transparent fees. Their honesty and commitment to costumer satisfaction is without equal. Definitely recommendable!
