Ronnie was terrific. Provided a quote and began and finished the job exactly as promised. They were very respectful of our home, worked quickly and finished in record time. I was so grateful for how quickly they were able to complete the job. They even matched new baseboards to the existing ones in the rooms. I highly recommend their services!

We found Ronnie and Moe after they had worked for my neighbor who are fully satisfied with their services. I called them to come and we talked about redesigning and remodeling of the kitchen first because there was a mysterious water leak beside dishwasher. They had brought a variety of high gloss design for cabinet doors which we agreed on one and some sample of quartz counter top for selection. Then we talked about basement ceiling to put drywall, paint and LED pot light. Also, floor and stairs to be removed old carpets and put new laminate on floor and Oak wood on stairs. In the main time we agreed to fully renovated the main floor washroom and put new custom made vanity, toilet, fan and LED pot light. After signing contract they started on time as we agreed on. They came everyday on time and we noticed everyday a big change in the house. They started from Kitchen and after fixing the nasty leakage and tearing down kitchen opening to make it bigger. Take all flooring out to reach underneath plywood. They made a new drain plumbing for sink and water for fridge. Then until they receive the cabinets started to do the basement finish. After installing ceiling drywalls and paint they put LED pot light. They also installed laminate on floor and made the space really neat. In the mean time we agreed some extra projects: to renovate our first floor bathroom and paint all interior walls and stacco ceiling and put pot light on main floor ceiling. They had received cabinets and was busy for installation after tiling the kitchen floor. After kitchen they have started bathroom to demolish and remove all out. They also installed four new doors. In the bathroom we got, custom made vanity with quartz counter top and under mount sink, glass shower door, all floor and wall tiled and LED pot lights on ceiling. They have added two more person for painting and did all within 8 weeks as we were expecting. They worked as a professional team and did everything in one shot. Very punctual, trustable and loyal team. We fully recommend them to our friends and dependents. Also, we talked about our next project when summer comes to do main floor hardwood.

Mo and Ronnie helped us by repairing two of our bathrooms. They properly insulated our powder room, and fixed a leak in our shower by repairing bad tile work and plumbing and installing a shower liner properly. They were very knolageable, fair with pricing, completed their work on time, and were as clean and respectful as you could hope contractors would be. They were very easy to work with and they did an excellent job. I will happily have them do work again. Thanks Mo and Ronnie.

My husband and I decided it was time to renovate the 2 bathrooms that our 3 daughters use. We wanted them done at the same time and Mo and Ronnie delivered within the 3 week time frame that was promised. Both bathrooms consisted of removal of tub to make full shower, to which a special waterproofing kit called Shluter Sytem was used. Fully tiled, ceiling and neiche included, and and pivot glass doors. They did all plumbing and electrical needed, including installation of LED potlights. The vanities were custom with quartz countertops and under mount sinks, and installation of two new toilets. In addition, both bathrooms featured a tiled wall, from floor to ceiling. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new bathrooms and we would definitely have Mo and Ronnie back again to work in our home. Great job, we highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend having Mo and Ronnie come and do work on your house. They recently came to our house to re-insulate the back of our house, install new vanities, replace a window, install a new bathtub sliding door, repair part of our roof and lay new laminate flooring in our basement. The quote for all of this work was very reasonable and the work they did was outstanding. They were punctual, very friendly throughout the entire job, and even made a point of coming back to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. We would definitely have them back over to do more work on our house in the future!

Mo and Roni did a fabulous job of converting our laundry room into a useable craft room. They managed to finish sooner than expected, provided ideas and suggestions as we went along and were careful with all of the details. The work included electrical, plumbing, drywall and flooring. we are very happy with the completed job and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Mo worked on a tiling project for us last week and I found him to be an absolute pleasure. His timeliness, professionalism and work is second to none. My husband and I are thrilled with how the projected turned out. It was less than two weeks from the time I contacted Mo about the project, until its completion. He was very communicative and respectful of our home and time. I would not hesitate to recommend York Contractors to any of my family and friends and would use their services again for another home renovation projects.

Mo, Shawn, and Ali were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with!! It's easy to communicate and work with these guys. They provide their input and ideas, and they genuinely care about your satisfaction. They are very professional and detailed. And they work fast! In the middle of our basement reno, we had an unrelated sewage backup issue and realized our home was built with clay pipes and that tree roots were growing inside. A professional plumbing company recommended we change the pipes to PVC, and quoted us over $7k to do the job. I was happy that Mo was working on my house that day because he listened to everything the plumber had to say, and then he called in a friend who is a Master Plumber and they did the job for me, and saved us thousands of dollars! Even with this additional job, they still finished my basement reno on time! Mo and his team completed a lot of work for us, including new sewage pipes, changing fusebox to panel box, custom console shelf, new basement (floors, drywall, ceiling, potlights), stone accent wall, stairs, new door, tv mounting, electric wiring, finished a storage closet, and they even fixed a leak in the main floor powder room and some lighting in the kitchen. We are so happy with the way Mo, Shawn, and Ali brought our vision to life; and we have peace of mind knowing that the pipes and electricity box are updated too. We have already recommended York General Contractors to our friends and neighbours; and we plan to call them back for future renovations!

Very satisfied with renovation work on rebuilding stand-in shower, kitchen backsplash, and installing a floating vanity. They completed the job with professionalism while providing honest advice throughout the project and very caring to the home (and great with my toddlers running around the home). Would highly recommend to friends and family for their workmanship and being really well priced.

Terrific! Terrific! Terrific! I am so pleased with the work that York General Contractor did hanging some complicated artwork in my home. The task was very challenging but they handled it with professionalism, care, amazing quality, cleanliness and efficiency. I highly recommend using Mo. We have a bunch of other items we need done in the house and we will definitely be using them. I am extremely happy with the results and I am so happy to have found them.
