These guys were awesome! Showed up on time, completed the project on budget and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They had completed the job while others were still calling to inquire about it. Couldnt ask for more in my opinion.

They installed a new patio door, basement window, awning, caulked my windows and put new weather stripping on my side door - great job on everything!

I couldnt be happier with my basement, furnace area and laundry room remodel by Sharrat Bros Construction Ltd.. They have completed two substantial renovations. The first was a storage area in the basement transformed into a bathroom oasis in 2021. The most recent included removal of drop ceiling, extensive dry walling/painting, rewiring for new led ceiling lighting, enclosure of furnace / hot water tank, new plumping required in laundry room and flooring. The trades that worked on the project were friendly, polite, trustworthy, and respectful, ensuring the site was left tidy daily. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They listened carefully to my needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the process. Special thank you to Randy the project manager who represents the company with the utmost professionalism going above and beyond with his customer care. He provided a detailed quote of the project, budget and completion date. He kept me updated on the project progress with frequent site visits and took care of any questions, concerns or changes promptly, which made it a stress-free process. Sharrat Bros Construction Ltd.was always accommodating and made sure they delivered a quality on scheduled project that exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their service.

Randy and his Team ordered a new steel door. It arrived quicker than expected and was installed with care. They also took away and disposed of my old door, so there was no additional clean up or garbage.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharratt Bros. Construction, and the experience was outstanding. Randy and his crew completed the trim work in my basement following a recent renovation. His prices were very competitive, but the quality of their work (attention to detail) and commitment to my satisfaction truly stood out. Randy and his team demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, particularly in their approach to coping inside corners a level of craftsmanship often replaced with quick/convenient miter cuts except for those who take pride in their craft. Their dedication to precision was evident, and it was clear they took pride in their work. This wasn't a "no job is too small" type of engagement, but felt like they were putting the finishing touches on a project in its final strokes. From the start, the communication with Randy was easy and upfront. He's a genuine guy comfortable committing on a handshake, and not insistent on payment until the job is complete. He and his team were not only professional but also polite and friendly, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. They consistently left the work area spotless at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated after weeks of chaos. Randys commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the project. He even took the initiative to fix a few issues left behind by the flooring installers at no additional cost, showing his dedication to ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality of work and the outstanding service provided by Sharratt Bros. Construction. I can't think of a single instance where my expectations weren't exceeded. Seems silly to send such high praise for "trim work" alone - but there is more to my story where Randy intervened in a disaster the night before, and wanted nothing more than to be a good neighbour. Truly a wonderful man and I would gladly engage with Randy and his team for any future projects. Highly recommended! Sharratt Bros were the first to respond to our request at HomeStars. Randy, a very pleasant and approachable person, came the same day we placed our request and took the measurements. The following day, two employees came to install the railing. Randy explained what was needed and they were quick and completed the job in an excellent way. They were very professional. I highly recommend Sharratt Bros Construction.
