I was looking for a painting company to paint trim, ceilings and walls of my 3 washrooms. There was also some substantial repair needed as I had removed 3 mirrors and there had been damage to the drywall which I attempted to fix myself. I really needed help. I called WOW 1 day painting after reading great reviews on Homestars. Domenic, the consultant. came out to assess and give me a quote. I needed the job done quickly and after going over the work to be done, I was given a quote that was very reasonable. In fact, Wow was able to accommodate me the next day! 2 painters came the next day. George, the lead painter, was fantastic. He went over everthing with me prior to starting and touched base throughout the day. Rafael. the other member of the team was wonderful too! He was very courteous and helped to complete the job, with George's direction, with a great attention to detail in record time. George and Rafael really were both professional, courteous and efficient. The work was fantastic! Before leaving, they also made sure to clean up and leave the place spotless. Wow! Truly captures the job that Rob and his associate did with my master bedroom, en suite and bathroom. I left for work in the morning and came home to a sparkling home. I also appreciate how seamless it was to book the appointment and have the painting job done. Dominic was super efficient and met my request to have my home painted within days. This was our second project with Wow 1 Day Painting. This time, we had a powder room, laundry room and exterior door that needed painting. The entire process from reaching out for a quote to project completion took less than 3 days! I have nothing but positive things to say. "Wow" is indeed the feeling I've gotten from the project's results. Domenic's response time was very fast, and the quote was reasonable. We also REALLY liked our painter, Chantalle. She was prompt, thorough, and exceeded every expectation!

Close to three weeks ago, the Wow army team completed my major house reno with excellent care and results. Yet they still feel some areas are not up to their high standards and came back to fix and touch up areas not by my request but on their own incredibly customer oriented service. My kitchen cabinets are more than 22 years old so it was already very tired and broken when they completely took it apart and painted them. Kim and Rob who are owner and main lead w Wow 1 Day Painting never gave up on fixing a few of the doors. They made several trips to various hardware stores and eventually had to special order parts to get the job done exactly to their satisfaction. Wow! Now thats service beyond the call of duty. To see Rob, whos a giant teddy bear, trying to fit in the small corners to get the exact angle when I kept saying it looked fine. This team will not give up until theyre satisfied. Thank you Kim and Rob once again. You have surpassed my expectations on what customer service really is.
