    It was very easy working with Alan to get the quote on the work needed. Matthew showed up on time and was very pleasant to interact with. Good communication from Matthew and showed respect advising things like when there would be a lot of noise. Appreciated the effort he took to make sure the job was done well. Very happy with the installation work, and the new faucet is working well so far with no issues.

    The plumber showed up right on time and was very helpful. Costs were reasonable and the service was quick. Would recommend.

    I had a tankless water heater installed. The job came in at the price quoted. The work was clean, the team was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Premier Plumbing. Great price and value of services.

    This crew was amazing! They came in and got the job done with hardly any breaks. They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up thoroughly. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a plumber!

    Issues after installation

    Premier (Alan) was the plumber on my brand new bathroom renovation. He worked with my contractor to install a toilet, sink and bathroom accessories. Shortly after installation, we found out that some pipes were exposed to the cold and over the winter the pipes ended up freezing several times. I reached out to Alan to discuss the issue and he showed up once, made some random comments, did not take accountability and said he will let me know. I have been trying to reach the company for the last year and they are intentionally avoiding my calls. I am trying to be as respectful as possible but they refuse to show any decency or semblance of accepting some responsibility. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering this business. It's difficult to fathom that this lack of accountability and ownership of work done warrants any positive reviews. Makes one think.

    Water heater replacement

    Alan was amazing! Our hot water tank broke down on a Thursday and we originally asked another company to help find a replacement, but they were completely useless and demonstrated zero urgency in helping us out, despite us having 3 children under the age of 4. Our unit was under warranty, and they were clearly only interested in helping us if we bought a new unit from a company with which they're connected. As the weekend passed with zero progress, I took matters into my own hands first thing Monday morning and called Alan. He was immediately sympathetic to our cause, prioritized our job due to the children, found a replacement unit that afternoon, and did the install for us on Tuesday morning. He also helped with the warranty claim, making it very easy for us. The contrast in service could not have been more stark, and we'll never use another plumber again. Alan and his crew are tops!

    Relocate a pipe

    I wanted a pipe extended to a somewhat atypical position and Alan took time to understand what I needed and why before sending a plumber to do work. It was a small task but my condo required a licensed plumber. The cost was more than was quoted by a different plumber who repeatedly failed to show up, but it was worth the difference for reliable service. Alan’s plumber showed up at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and neatly.

    Shower valve replacement

    Alan did a great job right through the process: diagnosing the problem; helping us coordinate with our condo board to get some prerequisite work done that enabled the work he needed to do; and then coming in to do the work itself. Through all of this, his communication was excellent and he did the work exactly when he said he would. We will use Alan again the next time we need any plumbing work.
