We contracted Trillium Kitchens to design/build/install the kitchen in our custom built home. Overall we are extremely happy with both the quality of the final product as well as the level of customer service we received from our sales rep Igor Jouravlev. During the design process we requested a 3D virtual and interactive representation of how our kitchen would look once completed. This really helped us pic our design and colors. The finished product ended up looking exactly as the 3D virtual design which we were very happy with. About 5 months after installation, we got a call from Igor, just to check in to see if we were happy (thats customer service) with everything, it turns out there was a minor issue with the panel on our dishwasher, we were ok to live with it but since Igor called we asked for it to be fixed. Anyway we had a technician at our house the following week and the panel was replaced and now looks perfect. It would be great if all trades exercised this level of customer service. We would highly recommend Trillium Kitchens to our friends and family.

Our kitchen was redone in July 2017.It was a complete reno for which we hired Trillium Kitchens company. We are very happy with the results and love our new kitchen! Everything was done on time, service was personal and very friendly. Moreover: durability of cabinets and materials is outstanding! All the finishes are excellent. Off course it takes us to clean it properly with soft cloth and to keep our kids away(they loveeee to paint everywhere, but this is not a paint studio, it's our kitchen :) ),but it worth it! Our kitchen is the best spot of our house bright, peaceful and inviting! To summarise: If I'll need to advise anyone of a kitchen renovation company-I would advise on Trillium. My next place will be renovated with them too.

I had my kitchen fully renovated by Trillium at last summer. They helped me to choose the best design, materials and color for my place. The service was great. I took some time to make sure of the quality, and so far I'm very pleased with my kitchen. I would definitely recommend Trillium.

We did a complete bottom up kitchen renovation with Trillium including a brand new layout, design and installation of cabinets and island. The project was by no means simple yet it was executed well and to our satisfactory. We shopped around and Trillium was easy to choose. Unlike with others the communication with Trillium was much more open and honest up front, no pushing or sales pitches. Igor was an integral part of that success story. Igor is courteous, professional and he was with us throughout the entire process. Yes, occasionally issues aroused here and there as with any project of such complexity and Igor helped us resolve the issues and he was always there whenever we needed him. We are happy with Trillium and we definitely recommend it.

The company representatives were extremely helpful and accommodating. They recommended the original design, and when issues were encountered, were there to assist with resolving any problems. In the end, they proposed a new design which better fit into the home infrastructure. The final result was amazing and far exceeded my expectations, the modified design is actually better than the original! Thank you for everything, will definitely recommend to others in the future!

Konstantin and his team helped me with new kitchen renovation. From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their desire to fulfill all of my needs. Here is what impressed me about their work: 1. They helped me to professionally design the kitchen and worked with me to make sure the kitchen does not only look good but is also very functional. 2. The range of options they offer is simply remarkable. Different kind of finish on the doors, different materials etc. we picked solid oak and the guys gave us a lot of stains to pick from, including the particular shade we want. We also customized the kitchen with particular organizers, light valence, hardware we wanted. 3. These guys use top of the line (made in Austria) soft close hardware. 4. The project was completed well before schedule. 5. Attention to detail during installation is remarkable. From light valence to crown molding to fillers. Everything was installed with utmost care. 6. Their respect for what I wanted really impressed me. We had some particular requests during installation and the guys did everything to fulfill them. 7. Very competitive pricing. Kitchen is probably the biggest investment you can do in your home, and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Trillium.
