    Leaky toilet

    Joshs crew came the same day, and fixed my leaky toilet. Outstanding job fast and reasonable priced, well worth it to stop the poopy smell from continuing to linger in my home.

    Leakage under the kitchen sink

    I had a leakage under my kitchen sink and I called Josh and his team to get it fixed. They knew right away where the problem came from and fixed it quickly. I am very pleased with their service and i will definitely call Josh again in the future and recommend to my friends!

    Tub and shower line installation

    I hired Joshua and his colleague to install a new tub and put in new plumbing lines for the shower system I purchased. Joshua noticed that I had kitec plumbing and said he could also switch the accessible kitec plumbing for pex. When he and his colleague arrived on the scheduled day, they were nice and polite and offered to remove their shoes to keep the place clean. They asked me to show them a picture of what the shower system should look like, and so I did; the shower line consisted of a shower head and a hand held shower. But what the picture didn't show, and what I forgot in the moment was that I had also purchased a tub spout to be installed. I remember they asked me if I had a toe-grip, and I told them I didn't know what that was. After their explanation, I told them no, I don't have a toe-grip. So, they installed only the shower head and the hand held lines as the picture showed. However, later after they had left I realized that I forgot to have the tub spout installed. So, I emailed Joshua and asked if he could come back to install it. Joshua said he would come back to install it. However, after a week of emailing and messaging him with no response, I realized that he probably wasn't going to come do the install. If he had no intention of coming back to do it, he should have said so when I asked. I ended up finishing the installation of the tub spout myself which wasn't too bad since Pex doesn't require fancy tools, and is pretty straight-forward once you understand it.

    It is very disappointing to have received a bad review from this job. We did everything perfectly and as agreed at a very fair rate. - We agreed to come back at no charge during regular business hours. The customer had only texted once on a Sunday asking for same day service and one other time late evening when I was home with family. We did not receive a single phone call and both times I did ask for an alternative date. Again, the job was completed to full satisfaction and we even checked before leaving if they had a toe test.     Efficient, Thorough and Fast.

    My basement toilet had been gurgling at random intervals for a few weeks, and I noticed that my toilet would not drain after flushing within 40 minutes of taking a shower. I recalled that Morrison Plumbing worked on my neighbour's renovation project and I had the foresight to ask for their card at that time - so I gave them a call. They came over at the specified time, removed my basement toilet, and used a camera to find the problem. They walked me through it, and showed me that my line was almost 100% blocked outside. They advised that I limit my usage of water, and they called in an emergency locate. The next day, the locate was done, and they began work a few hours later. Within the space of the evening, they found the problem and repaired my line, installing a backwater valve at my request the next business day. Considering that a number of homes in the vicinity had sewage backups in the last decade, this was money well spent. Morrison Plumbing and Mechanical were efficient and thorough, and were responsive. They walked me through every single step, which made it easy to understand everything that was going on. I have to say that I appreciated their honesty and transparency. If you're looking to have any plumbing work done, I would not hesitate to recommend Morrison Plumbing and Mechanical.

    Job well done!

    We had to replace kitec plumbing which no longer meets code. One plumber gave a very expensive quote, and another told us we had no kitec plumbing to replace. Joshua made the effort to verify we did in fact have kitec plumbing, and his quote was very reasonable. He and his team worked carefully in tight quarters, and cleaned up daily. They also helped us replace a few other small plumbing problems while on site, and completed the work within the time schedule we needed. His recommendations for wall and tile repair contractor worked out very well. Joshua and his team were professional, pleasant, and responsive - so important, yet rare to find in Trades.

    Replace kitchen faucet

    Bathroom Reno and Pipe swap

    Josh and Dylan did an amazing job! We entirely rerouted the plumbing and swapped out the old Kitec stuff in a timely fashion. The service was very professional start to finish and the place was left clean. Thanks a lot guys :) Great job!

    Great Work but paid Double what they quoted

    Guys came and increased our water pressure. The water pressure is improved. They also fixed another issue with a clogged drain and a leaking pipe. Work area was left clean.

As you know, we provided an estimate over the phone and then adjusted it prior to any on-site work that both parties agreed upon. Changes in materials and work requirements occurred which led to appropriate pricing adjustments. More precisely, we installed 1 inch copper (instead of 3/4), we trenched the new line inside the house further than the front wall (unlike what was initially planned). Moreover, pipes from the new meter to the hot water tank were all increased from 1/2 to 3/4 inch, for optimal flow which was not originally included or discussed. Overall, we feel that our work on your property was done very well, efficiently and at a reasonable price.     Sump Pump

    I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done by Joshua. The price he quoted for $900 was incredible for the level of service, responsiveness, and timeliness he demonstrated. Definitely would recommend to others! I thoroughly appreciated his level of cleanliness in tidying up after the project was completed.

    Install toilet and vanity/sink in downstairs washroom

    Joshua and his helpers installed an IKEA vanity, sink and American Standard toilet in my renovated washroom. They had to do a work-around to install the IKEA sink as the drain purchased with the kit did not fit. They manufactured a drain with parts from Home Depot and stayed until the job was complete. A very professional job by polite, professional tradesmen. I won't hesitate to contact them again in future.
