    New Build

    Kay2 contracting from start to finish was amazing to work with. I had used them for smaller renovations before deciding to build new and was hesitant about whether they had the experience to build a new home. Turns out they really do have it all and I am so gla that I chose them for this project. Eevrything in my home was custom from layout to finishings chosen with the help and recommendations of Kay2. The end result was truly unique and we are very pleased. Highly rcommended!

    Interior renovation

    These guys are awesome to work with! They came by quickly provided me with a quote and got the job done on time as they promised. Knowledgeable staff, easy going and most importantly gets the job done.

    Great Customer Service

    Kay2 Contracting has been a pleasure to work with! Great communication skills and a modern approach (Buildertrend) helped to enhance the experience. Of course challenges in renovations come up and our project manager was able to work together to come up with workable solutions in an efficient and professional manor. We will be doing more business in the future. Keep up the hard work

    Great Contractor

    We have been working with Kay2 contracting for 3 years now. Not only are their staff friendly, professional, and easy to work with; their knowledge in this construction industry is beyond experienced. Moe and his staff can take a home from Rags to Riches within a matter of months. Their work sites are safe, clean, and relaxed. The quality of work from this group of guys is superb! I have no doubt that anyone who works with them will share this same experience. Keep up the great work guys!

    Home renovation

    Big shout out to kay 2 contacting for the fabulous renovation and customer service they provided along the way . I would definitely recommend kay2 to all my friends and family members and I look forward in staying in touch with them for future projects, it's an amazing feeling when you can bring you vision to reality.

    Kitchen Reno

    We just had Moe and Trever complete our kitchen renovation. The trades and team were very professional. This is our 2nd project with Kay2. We were very happy with the process and the time to complete both projects was very acceptable. I would strongly recommend this company for your next renovation project.

    House renovation

    We hired Kay2 Contracting to design and remodel our bungalow in Marda Loop SW. The whole process was pleasant and easy from initial meeting, design, scheduling and construction. Their online system to track our project made everything simple! We were very happy with the friendly trades that respected our property and and the end result was fantastic. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a quality contractor.

    Landscape and Exterior Patio and Drains Upgrade

    I work as a property manager and hired Kay2 to complete some exterior work on our drainage system, patios and a small amount of landscaping work. Throughout the entire process they were friendly and easy to work with. We had a few change orders and couple unexpected issues pop up and they handled them all very professionally. The work was high quality and performed in a reasonable amount of time. Regardless of the scope of the project I would happily work with Kay2 again and look forward to doing work with them again.     Retaining wall replacement

    I had an old retaining wall which needed replacing. Through HomeStars I was contacted by Kay2 Construction. What a pleasure it was to deal with them. Best quote and very professional. Was very impressed with the whole team. Dan and Jack arrived early and left late. Site was cleaned up each day before leaving. Can't thank them enough for all their excellent work. My yard now looks great! I will definitely be calling Kay2 again for other projects.
