Boldt installed a new pump.......The products used were of very cheap quality......Pipes leaked from day one. We were told that we would not be charged to repair........And shortly after we were hounded and harassed to pay up.......We couldn't believe this was happening. They called and called and sent one invoice after another. And on principle alone we stood our ground and would not pay. They actually sent this to "collections" which we ended up paying more due to interest. It was a terrible experience. They have no idea what is means to be professional. We strongly advise you to NEVER use them. And by the way, the pipe is still leaking!

Very disappointed, they came highly recommended. They closed our pool, when they opened it in May, they couldn't get it cleaned, they came 4x's for ten minutes put in chemicals scraped the wall once. They then called and said they won't come any more and I was charged over $500. And opening was to be $340. It was a bad winter and they were not responsible. They never took a water sample. I went to another company water tested and in 1 week pool was sparkling clean with the right chemicals. I have never been treated less professionally, had they done a water test and said there would be extra cost for what was needed, I would have been fine. I called to tell them my water was still green so they would be prepared for the next visit. Nothing changed. This company has good reputation, but my experience was awful. I would never use or recommend them

We contacted Jordan Walychuck for a consultation and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are going ahead with this project this spring and feel very confident that an excellent jobe will be done. We are looking forward to our bakyard oasis! We feel their pricing and service was excellent and we were treated like "real" customers unlike other pool places we went to.

Boldt installed our inground reverse mountain lake pool in 2003. The were professional, timely, courteous, respectful and efficient. 7 years later our backyard still looks awesome. Any concerns we met were handled quickly and without additional charges. They were actually the lowest priced estimate too. We would recommend them to all our friends!
