    Favourite Place to be When We’re Home

    Our new composite deck was built exactly the way I envisioned it. It feels like an outdoor extension to our living room and its the perfect size to accommodate everything we want and more. Customer service was excellent; from suggestions on how to improve our use of space to prompt emails and calls back updating us on arrival of supplies and notifying us if construction dates would be delayed due to weather conditions. There was a clear understanding of exactly what we wanted. In addition, after the project was completed we had a concern about one of the boards that was loose and someone was sent over without delay to assess the situation. There was no time wasted, the board was replaced and secured without delay and I was reassured that children in the household wouldnt get hurt getting their feet between loose boards. I would recommend First Class Fencing without hesitationwe love our new deck!

    New Fence

    They went above and beyond their jobs, clearing away all the dead head flowers, putting them in the green bin, which they didn't have to do. Great fence, looks so clean and smart.

    Great to work with

    We really enjoyed working with the team at First Class Fencing. They were very professional, kept us informed about our projects schedule, and the final product looks great. We have a bit of a challenging landscape to work with, but they were able to work within our yards constraints . From the quotes we had received, their pricing for our project was in line with other fencing companies we looked at, so we are confident recommending them to others.

    Ornamental Fence Installation

    First Class did a great job installing a 110 foot fence in one day. They were pleasant to work with, quoted a fair price and handled calling in the utility locates for us. Efficient operation, and were pretty easy to work with. In their quoting they included cementing our fence posts, which seemed both important, and something other vendors didn't want to bother with. Only thing to be aware of is with Covid and supply chain issues of 2022 they took a little longer with quoting than usual (and they warned us this would be the case)

    Great product with excellent customer service

    Have many comments made with people noticing the section of fence along our back alley. Went from old worn out wood fence to a striking beautiful white vinyl along back. I have seen cars slow to get a better look. My neighbour told me she overheard conversations about driving by and to walk back for better look. Love, love, love it. Thank You so much First Class Fencing! Great product and Awesome customer service. Had it installed last summer and wanted to see how faired after the winter. You can see by the photo winter isnt quite done with us. I will have no worries on that score. Looks great.

    Home Fence on corner property

    Great work, easy communication, professionally done, fast construction. Listened to and accommodated all of our needs. Would recommend easily.

    Craftsmanship and customer service at its finest !!!

    Contacted this company through their website and heard back withing the hour. Meeting was set up right away. Tyler and his crew are fantastic !! Took care of every little detail and really brought my vision to life. I will absolutely be using them again for all my projects. Great work guys !!

    Fence

    I am extremely happy with the communication and the work that was done. I was always informed of what was happening. They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

    Satisfied Customer

    I'm happy with the work, the communication, and the service overall. I worked with Tyler for the quote and billings. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cut my order in about half, and Tyler understood and adjusted with ease. Mark ran the job, and he did great work. I especially love the half fences; the one around my front door looks really great and sure meets my needs of keeping my dogs contained while I get them into the vehicle.

    Fence

    From the contract to clean-up I was disappointed with First Class Fencing. Between slow build, so-so installation, damage to my property, and threatening me when I tried to discuss the damages, I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I gave this company 1 star only because I did end up with a fence even though it was installed incorrectly in places.

    Hi Laurie, We are one to take responsibility when due and we admit we definitely wish this project went differently. The threat you speak of, as you know, was us trying to remove ourselves and cancel the project because of how difficult you made it for our crew on site. Our highest-rated and most relaxed fence installer nearly quit fencing because of the stress that was induced. I do not want to post the comments that were said here publicly but there is a lot of context missing from this review. To address the slow installation, was there an expectation it would be done sooner? For 63' of wood fence, we budget 2 days and the project was finished in the 2 days even with the crew being removed while we handled the items above. As a specialized fence company that services 1000 clients per year, I would encourage any potential customer reading this to reach out to us directly to view the fence from the street, the final product was top-notch. We thought we had come to terms after you spoke with our General Manager, not canceling your project and coming through on a quality product.
