    Plumming

    After using a snake to clear a drain, a camera detected root growth in it. The broken pipe was replaced and a backflow prevention valve was installed. All work was completed and cleaned up the next day. Very experienced and knowledgeable; Highly recommended!

    Backwater valve and sump pump

    Extremely pleased with Paul and his crew for the installation of backwater valve, sump pump and waterproofing the front of house. Paul took the time to explain the job to me and took care of the paperwork needed (applying for city permits, city rebate application). Despite unforeseen problem (expecting 4 inch drain pipe, but found 6 inch drain pipe - having to call various suppliers looking for a backwater valve for 6 inch pipe), they completed the job in the timeframe promised. The crew was courteous, professional and left the jobsite neat and tidy. They showed excellent workmanship and it was obvious they had extensive experience and took pride in their work. I am extremely happy with their service and recommend them with no hesitation.

    Drain Service

    I would just like to say thank you to Drain 1for its fast response and professionalism. We were in a bit of a jam and they came within the hour and were able to help out our company before a big event. We were able to open our doors just in time with all our plumbing fixed at a really great price too. I highly recommend them. Thanks Guys....

    Basement entrance and waterproofing

    Pavlo was referred by my co-worker. I was impressed with the job they done to my house, his workers were very professional and polite always an time never late, job was done 3 days earlier then was estimated previously and city inspector was happy with the job as well. We god 15% discount for the waterproofing part since it was an additional task and now our dehumidifier in the basement is not starting at all and before 5-6 gallons per day we had to empty. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. AAA service.

    Waterproofing around my house

    When the snow started to melt i noticed strong smell in the basement which was spreading to the house. I called a few companies to get advice and estimate. I was very pleased with Paul's professional and fast response. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and solution oriented. The job was done in less than a week and the job site was clean after the service. Would definitely use Paul in the future.

    Back Water Valve

    This past July Pavlo and his skilled Drain 1 crew installed a back water valve on my property. Since I opted for an outdoor installation the cost was higher than an indoor installation would have been but I feel it was well worth it. They even dug under the foundation of my house to remove a cracked pipe. When they were finished Pavlo told me he'd be back this spring to show me how to remove and clean the valve - something that should be done annually. True to his word he came by yesterday and not only walked me through the process but, at my request, cut the stacks a bit lower to the ground - all this at no charge. Believe me, you're in good hands with Pavlo Pidluzhnyy.

    Back Watwr Valve

    Paul did an excellent job on the backwater valve. He arrived at the job site exactly as he had contracted with me. He also completed the work in a time and cost exactly as he had contracted. I also used Paul previously to the backwater installation, to do the plumbing for my bathroom renovation. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

    Back Water Valve Installation

    I recently contacted Drain 1 to investigate and fix our sewage back up. Paul has arrived on time, located problem inside the house, fixed the problem, and provided recommendations to install back water valve as preventative measure. Total cost $2000 plus $800 rebate from City of Mississauga for installation of back water valve.
