New front door installation in an older townhouse condo unit. Called for a quotation and was able to schedule a site visit within a couple of weeks, and received a quote a week or so after that. Door installation was delayed by COVID, but WSW kept us in the loop on their supply chain issues as they dealt with them. Door installation was performed by an experienced worker who carefully and properly performed the work, making sure everything was square, that the door closed perfectly, and that the finishes around the door were to our liking. It’s now a few weeks later and the door is still working fine without any issues.

We are very satisfied with the job done. They were very communicative and responded promptly to any issues raised. Their follow-up is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate using them again or referring friends and family to them. In a nutshell this is a top class company. Thanks for a job well done!

Got 2 windows changed from double pane to tripe pane: 1. the bathroom window which was a hung window changed. It made a huge difference after the installation in the overall temperature of the bathroom. Before it always used to be very cold but now the temperature is much warmer. The heat is retained a lot longer. 2. Fixed window by the staircase. The older double pane window was from 2003 and it left a so much condensation that ice formed and it started to ruin the trims and baseboards as the water thawed and went down. After the triple pane window, forget ice there is not even an condensation. There is no cold draft either which used to come. Overall excellent product and best value I found when I did my research. The installation was good. Only recommendation for the company: The installation date did get pushed back by 3 weeks and I had to call to make an appointment speed things up. My original contact who came to do the measurement was helpful in guiding me. The installers did not speak very much English so there was little communication or explanation of the installation process and what to expect or how long it would take.

We needed to replace our bathroom window (it had a wood encasement in the shower?!) and 3 windows in the basement. The team was great in ensuring our shower window was installed correctly and with the right material. Then with our basement windows they ensured we had strong enough windows to withstand as puck, which was the reason the windows needed to replace in the first place. The installers was great, even taking the time to pet our very excited German Shepard. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable.

I don't often leave reviews, but this company went above and beyond. The process was clear, the costs were clear, the window was amazing and the service is worth more than 5 out of 5 stars. Professionally installing windows, the good guys are very kind, after work everything was cleaned and explained how the windows work, next year I will order the rest of the windows. I recommend. The wife was happy that she did not need to clean)))

I owe a lot of rental properties in Calgary and keep ordering windows and doors from Window Seal West. Every year I can see improvement in quality of the product and service. I always get Antony (install manager) to get final measurements. He is very precise and detailed to make sure, that the whole project will go smooth and it all right upon completion. Highly recommend.

replaced 22 up stairs windows that were35 year old windows with triple paned Windows. Huge difference in house warmth.
