He gave such a great advise what windows will be perfect for a kitchen and the rooms, it was great help. After we signed the contract the installation was done fast and clean. The original salesman (Ruslan) was very nice and not "pushy". The installer (Sergey) was polite, courteous, informative and definitely efficient. Everything looks great and we are hoping for many years of problem free product. The company fills out all forms necessary to apply for a government rebate if any. Could not be more pleased with this company and would recommend Window Seal West to everyone.

Couple of weeks ago we replaced 4 windows and one sliding door. All products are very high quality. Installers Ores and Igore worked hard and finish my big project in one day except for couple of small details on a sliding door . Ores, meticulous and precise guy, returned next day and finish it in no time. Amazing job! I definitely recommend products and technicians from Window Seal West.

We just had replaced all of our 7 basement windows today, November 22, 2019. After numerous quotes and visits from window suppliers and installers in Calgary, we decided to go with the Window Seal West Inc. We are glad we did. The customer service we experienced is very positive - starting with the friendly Receptionist, Anastacia, to the skillful and accommodating Sergei and Vlad who had patiently answered our questions and addressed any concern that we had. All the people we dealt with displayed good work ethics, honesty, and good technical knowledge about windows and doors. The price quoted by Vlad is reasonable and affordable. It may not be the lowest; but the product delivered were exactly what we ordered based on quality and workmanship. The Team who installed our windows comprised of Anthony, the Supervisor and the Crews were Orest and Igor. Anthony did the perfect measurement and Orest and Igor did the installation. Orest and Igor arrived promptly, in fact half an hour early than the specified start time. They are very courteous, friendly, skillful, reliable, very hard worker. From start to finish, they displayed a very neat, clean workmanship. They didn’t mind going the extra mile to fix things that are not included in the job list but are essential to make the customers happy. To the whole Team, my wife and I want to extend out thank you for the job well done. We highly recommend the Window Seal West Inc. to anyone who is planning a new window and door project. We'll definitely be calling them for our upcoming window and door projects.

My husband and I are thrilled with Ruslan and his team. Ruslan is a pleasure to deal with and is consistently on time, friendly & professional. We are impressed with his knowledge of the product and appreciated his explanation of the options in window styles available to us. The ordering process was smooth and efficient from quote to install. On installation day the team arrived on time, they were respectful of our home, covering our flooring with drop cloths, working efficiently and productively and cleaned up after themselves. The same on day two. We are impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything done including a HUGE picture window and new patio doors. After everything was complete they made sure we were satisfied. We were offered assistance if there were any questions or concerns after they left. We are so happy with the whole process and the quality of the windows. Thank you very much to all the gentlemen that were in our home. We highly recommend you all!!

We made the right decision when last year we changed windows with this company and for this reason, we did not think for a long time who would help in replacing windows this year. The windows were changed in my parents' house. Like last year, now our seller Ruslan helped us a lot when choosing windows. We are very pleased with you guys and your work!
