Started working with Vlad a few months ago for a bulk window replacement at my Townhouse Complex. Vlad was able to work with us and provide quotes for multiple units with various window needs. On the day of Install, the crew was very efficient and had everything finished within 8 hours. They made sure to place fabric down in the paths to each room and left the areas around the new windows spotless. We've been able to enjoy the new windows for a few weeks now, and they are much better than the ones we had previous. We have noticed a significant reduction of outside noise and seem to be pretty good at keeping the summer heat outside. Not that I'm looking forward to Winter, but I am looking forward to how well these will work at keeping the cold out. From start to finish, Window Seal West has been a great company to work with and I would highly recommend having them install your new windows.

We had all our exterior windows and doors replaced. The crew was fantastic and thorough. They completed the job in two days for a variety of sized windows and doors. In the pictures below, you will see the new windows. We opted not to have them do the casements around the windows as we are doing other renos and will be replacing all our interior trim. We had an exceptional experience with Window Seal West for our recent windows and doors replacement project at our home. We replaced 16 windows, 2 patio doors and 1 entry door. The house has a new, improved look as a result of the installation. Home improvement projects, especially those with moderate to large budgets, tend to generate some level of anxiety and trepidation. This is quite common mainly because many of us have been burnt in the past by contractors who take on multiple projects beyond their resource capacity and end up over-promising and under-delivering. Once you sign on the dotted line, their attitude changes. Fortunately, that was not our experience in dealing with Vlad of Window Seal West. We requested quotes from 3 different companies. Window Seal West was the quickest to respond and came to our house for the estimate very quickly. Vlad was so knowledgeable and friendly, it was a pretty easy choice to go with them. They worked quickly and were very fast to address some small adjustments we requested. Vlad gave us honest and pragmatic suggestions on available options without compromising on quality, which helped keep overall costs low. Vlad was incredibly responsive at all times, patiently and respectfully answering all our questions and addressing whatever concerns we expressed on the timing of installation etc. What truly stood out was their transparency throughout the process. The windows installation work was flawless, and I was particularly impressed that they managed the removal of the old windows without damaging anything. They take great pride in their workmanship. A great shout-out to Slava (a highly experienced, efficient and meticulous installer ). They left the outside and inside of the house clean and orderly. THE VERY BEST, start to finish! During our initial meeting Vlad extended us a generous amount of time, answering our myriad of questions in great detail, helping us to comfortably understand the process of window/door replacement. He provided us with a firm price at the meeting & Anthony arrived a very short time later that day, to quickly & expertly measure us up. They replaced 22 windows & 2 exterior entry doors in total. Our home is 30+ years old & was very much in need of their service. Their pricing is extremely competitive (we chose triple pane windows & 3/4 decorative glass for both doors), delivery was as promised & product is exceptional. The crew, headed by Slava, arrived on time, are polite, highly skilled, efficient & incredibly hard working, thus making the process worry free, fast & painless. We chose to re-use all applicable trim to maintain the match to other in our home (not an easy job!) & the fellows carefully removed, & re-installed in expert fashion with no damage whatsoever! We are thrilled with the result & without hesitation, highly recommend Window Seal West! Should we ever move & be in this position again, they will be the only team we call! We were thoroughly impressed from the start (estimation phase)to finish . Everybody showed up on time . Installers were polite onetime and very thorough. We had 6 big new windows installed and are very pleased with the change in our view. Highly Recommended
