I have to apologize for a complaint made in last December. Just realized that the delay in response is simply due to the holiday season. I have been approached when the office was open after the holidays and I was happy with the solution offered and the repair job was completed in 1 week. Anthony has done a great job. Now I have the confidence to recommend Window Seal West to my friends and relatives.

Very pleased With the windows quality. As well as with a very clean and quick installation.

There were three reasons we decided to go with Window Seal West 1. We had looked at the competitors and gave everyone a fair shot at our work. In the end we wanted a locally established company and WSW is building their products in Calgary. 2. WSW has a good reputation and their products looked very good and we believe the workmanship that is put into making the windows is excellent. 3. The salesman Ray the salesman/project manager was a pleasure to work with. We had worked with Ray in the past and were pleased to work with him again on this project. Ray makes sure every detail is taken care of so we did not have anything to even worry about. All in all it was an excellent experience. The job was replacing all the windows and front entrance door in our 2500 sqft home. It was a big job but it was finished in three days. Everything was cleaned up around the house as if nobody was ever here working!!!

This is the second time I have utilized Window Seal West to replace outdated wooden windows. My first experience in my rental property was great; the experience of the new installation of 16 windows in our current home was acceptable. What is extremely disappointing is that the new window installation took place in September 2021. In January 2022 it was determined there was a problem with one of the windows as it leaked excessively leading to frost build up inside my home around the window. It took the company until mid February to come to my home to review the situation. After the inspection they admitted that the hopper unit was not manufactured correctly and it needed to be replaced. Fast forward to August 2022 when I was finally notified that the replacement window was ready but it would take approximately a month for installation to take place. Currently we are in mid October as of the writing of this review and the company has not returned my calls or multiple email attempts with any update as to when the faulty window will be replaced. Being a general contractor I understand that labor shortages and material deliveries are causing all manners of construction related delays in our current market, but to treat a customer with such disregard and complacency is not acceptable, especially if they are a customer who has already brought repeat business. I hope that Window Seal West steps up to correct their faulty product in a timely manner but at this point I am less than confident. Good contractors and suppliers put an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. An update to this review will be provided in the event that Window Seal West does complete their work and correct their deficiencies.

I would like to thank Window Seal West for their good service & promptness in replacing the cracked glass in our house. We live at Heritage Pointe and after our daughter kids party, we noticed that there is a cracked window in our walkout basement door. We contacted WSW and booked an a repair service the same day. We were very surprised that after only 2 days the service team came and quickly replaced the glazing. Bravo guys, I definitely recommend the company and its product!

I was very pleased with the supply and installations of the windows. The team works very hard, incredibly courteous and communicative upon arrival, and wasted no time in getting started. The windows look and operate great. All staff are very polite and helpful, Vlad and Anton always there to give useful advise and solve any issue with clients. Great company and best windows!

We are a newcomer family from the Ukraine. We moved to a new house in the Mahogany SE neighborhood. Our house is new and so is the neighborhood. But unfortunately due to the construction works in the neighborhood we have a bad damage to the glass panes of the front, the glass is badly cracked and depressurized. We went to Window Seal West for service. We understood that this was a Calgary based manufacture and everything was always in stock. I would like to mention the pleasant and professional communication with the office manager Katie. We booked an appointment and 3 days later Andrei arrived and in just one hour he replaced the insulating glass and made an inspection of all windows in the house. Everything was fast, clear and to the point. Thank you for the wonderfully pleasant and professional service.
