    Replacement Water Line

Perimeter Drainage provided a new water main from the District Service into my home after the existing line failed under the house and was not accessible. The crew was prompt, efficient and answered all my questions. The site was left in great shape when the work was completed.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you very much for your review. We are happy that you liked our service.

Drainage, aggregates, damproofing, excavation, demolition, bins

I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his crew for all the above services. They are reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. Of all the trades we work with, they rank in the top 5%. They take care of so many aspects of our projects in the 'lot prep' stage, I would not do a new build without them. This is not an easy business to consistently meet or exceed expectation in, but they do.

    Answer from pro:

Greg, It''s always a pleasure to work with your company. You guys are one of the best builders and your quality to detail is outstanding. Your planning allows us to not rush to get there and we have ample time to plan your work. Cirrus Homes is a top builder for those looking to build or renovate.

    Project

Had them do multiple work on our house totaling around $20,000 - $25,000 which were paid in full. However last project they totally dug at the wrong spot, broke our natural gas line which Fortis tried to come fix and is now trying to bill us for work that was done wrong due to the lack of due diligence. Now they are threatening us with liens and collections if we don't pay for the work that they did wrong to begin with. Might want to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, owner does not take accountability for anything he does wrong.

    Answer from pro:

Well, we did practice due diligence. The City connection was 4 feet in the neighbours property, the records showed it 8 feet away. Our camera has a hard time picking up a signal 13 feet deep. The gas line, which we used our M-scope on, had a nick in the tracer wire so when we hit the line, it was not marked or taped and no sand present. Mistakes happen. It was a difficult job dealing with the owners as we had issues with language communication. They could not speak english. They were not billed for any work.
