    Garage door opener fixed

    Nick visited today and his service and advice was greatly appreciated. Arrived on time and fixed our garage door opener, and serviced components. We will be calling Whitby garage doors for future needs or replacements.

    Small repair after initial installation

    After an awesome installation of garage doors, a small repair was required. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the repair was fixed with no issues. I am completely satisfied by the work of Whitby Garage Doors

    Great New Garage Doors

    Brandon gave us good advice including a photo of our house as it would look with the new doors. Price was fair and the job was done earlier than we expected, much to our pleasure. Installer Peter was right on time, very pleasant & capable, completing the entire job in 4 hours. Kaitlyn in the office is both pleasant and helpful. We are very pleased with the finished job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job. Thanks Whitby Garage Doors!

    Garage door repair

    I highly recommend this company. Excellent service from both the office staff (Kaitlyn) and the technician (Nick). The appointment was requested, booked and work completed all on the same day.

    Garage doors

    The service from start to finish was very professional, timely and 5 star. While there was a small issue, it was handled quickly and with much care. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for garage doors.

    New Garage Door

    Very knowledgable gentlemen giving me the quote. I felt very confident moving forward with them installing my new garage door. It was installed promptly and looks amazing. My biggest concern was keeping the little critters out of my garage and I’m glad to say they have sealed tight! I would recommend this company 100%.

    Nee garage door

    They where here promptly and on time. Good looking door . I hired them because they helped when i had a broken spring on our old door they came in the morning right after i called about. 9 oclock so there was no decision. On who to hire for the new door.

    Fantastic Experience

    We were extremely happy with having Whitby Garage Doors install our two beautiful new garage doors. We requested quotes from other firms including the big home improvement and warehouse stores, but are so happy we chose an experienced local firm. The office staff and onsite representatives were very responsive in providing us with quotes and answering our questions. The installation process was professionally completed in less than half a day. The aluminum capping procedure followed a few weeks later, performed by an installer who did an absolutely flawless job, actually cutting a perfect seam in our brick to inset the capping into (even our DIY neighbour is jealous!). I'd highly recommend the capping process for a perfect look and I highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.

    Excellent Service!

    Whitby Garage Doors serviced the large bay doors at our repair facility. The staff were pleasant to deal with and the Technicians provided excellent service. They ensured that the doors are safe and in good working order.

    install garage door opener

    My 30 year old garage door opener failed and I had Whitby Garage Doors install a new opener. Unit was installed same day quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars except the technician did not wear a face mask in the garage until I requested that he wear one. My wife and I were also working in and out of the garage at the same time. (Two garage doors). Also he ran the control wires across the window opening above the garage door rather than around the frame which is more acceptable practice.

    Hi Ron, Thanks for taking the time do write your review. We do stress that the techs work alone in the garage for multiple reasons. With masks, it can gets very difficult to breath and very hot while going up and down on ladders. Just like a mechanic, it can be dangerous and distracting to have others in the same area and it also allows for the 6+ feet distance between people if no one else is in the garage with them. The office or tech, should have asked you to leave the garage for the hour until the install was completed or they should have scheduled your install at a time that the tech would have been able to be alone to preform the install. We appreciate you calling the office to advise about the wiring that was corrected immediately. Stay safe and have a great day WGD Team
