    Garage door repair

    Highly recommend! My garage door cable snapped this morning and the door would not open or close. I needed to get this fixed immediately as we have an electric vehicle used daily which charges in the garage (door was stuck in closed position). I called Whitby Garage Doors as a recommendation from a friend and they were friendly on the phone and able to have someone at my house in the afternoon. Nick arrived on time and had the garage door fixed quickly and even checked the other cable which he replaced along with tightening some loose bolts he noticed. Overall very pleased with the experience and recommend to anyone that needs garage door work.

    Garage doors Replacement

    Excellent sales and service experience with this company. Kudos to Chad for being patient and helpful during the sales process and Nick for his accommodating attitude and professional installation. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this team.

    New garage doors

    We would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors! They took the time to help us choose the right doors, responded promptly to all our questions, and did an excellent job installing the doors.     Garage Door opener installed

    Riley came out was very pleasant and engaging. Installed my Chamberlain Smart Garage Door Opener walked me through the set up and even installed the laser guide parking assist. Took probably an hour and the quote was what I paid. My install window was between 1-4, showed up around 1:40ish so didn’t wait long. Overall very satisfied!

    Garage Door Installation

    Great experience! Riley was very professional and clean throughout the installation. Low pressure sales, and good explanation of the options available. Highly recommend!

    Replacement of two garage doors

    We moved into our Whitby residence in 2002 and over the course of time our builder-grade doors have started to fade in both appearance and appeal. So we met with "Chad" in February of 2019 and were immediately impressed with Chad's product knowledge and the fact that Chad did not steer us towards the most expensive product line. With Chad's very able assistance we chose our doors and they were just installed a couple of days ago by "Riley". I was fortunate enough to be able to observe Riley removing our old doors and replacing them with the new doors. Riley made sure that everything was perfect. We are very satisfied with Whitby Garage Doors and would recommend Chad and company to anyone who was looking for a quality garage door installation at a reasonable price accompanied by a reliable and trustworthy installation.     Garage doors installed

    Great experience with both Chad who came out to do the quote and Nick who came to install the garage doors. Very professional!! Wendy who works in the office was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend using them !

    Great job

    We got recommended to see this company and after a detailed conversation about all the options with the sales rep we choice our design we could have not been more please with the service and the installation of the doors, they look AMAZING !!!. the picture attached still missing the caping around the frames. I would posted all complete but I haven't taken a picture of them yet. Thank you Whitby Garage doors !!

    Garage door repair broken spring

    Our Garage door spring broke and we couldn't get to work because our car was in the garage. We called and within an hour and a half . the repair crew where here they replaced the springs lubed the hinges and rollers and we where on our way to work. Thanks whitby garage doors. We will definitely . buy or next door from you.

    Garage Doors

    Whitby Garage Doors came in and redid our garage doors and i must say that from the start we were impressed. Chad came in and explained everything, very clearly, even minor complications he foresaw and what would be done to remedy the situation. The installer came and was very professional and his workmanship was top notch. Today they finished capping the doors after a 2 week trial period and i am very impressed. I would highly recommend his company.
