    broken garage

    just called Whitby garage at 8:30 this morning slightly frantic as my garage door broke down and we were starting to show our house today for sale and open House is tomorrow. They made room for an appointment for sometime before day's end which was great but I had to cancel some other meetings to be here. At 10:15 Nick shows up as they made me a priority due to my circumstances! At 10:45 Nick was done completely. New parts and a lube job. Door is now not only repaired but working better than it ever was. I've owned a lot of homes and had lots of repair work done over the years and this is by far the best service I've ever had. Thanks Nick and the team for pulling this off and lowering my stress levels

    Garage Door Fix

    After a quick call to Whitby Garage Doors and a quote, I met Nick at my house within the hour. He couldn't have been nicer and more thorough with the job. All done within 35 minutes and he was nice enough to tune up my other door as well as spray both doors with lubricant. I will be definitely using their services again and recommend highly that others do too. Great experience!!!!

    Installed 3 new garage door openers

    Excellent service today from Nick and Riley from Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. 3 garage door openers were installed and programed and all old garage door openers and boxes were taken away. Very professional and efficient we would highly recommend this company for any garage door services required and would use them again. Thank you for the excellent service.

    Replacement of broken spring

    We put our car in the garage and closed it. It only closed partway then closed with a bang a few minutes later. We couldn't get it to open all the way and couldn't manually lift the door. Our car was stuck inside. The next morning we called Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. They were every so friendly and arrangements were made for a technician to come out right away. 45 minutes later, Nick was at our door. The spring that lifts the door snapped in two and needed replacing. An hour later, he was done. He even lubed the door to lessen the noise. Nick was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much!!

    Broken Garage Springs

    My garage door springs broke without warning and my garage would not open. Contacted Whitby Garage Doors through HomeStars and received a call the following morning, the person scheduling my appointment was very polite and understood the problem. Their technician, Nick, arrived right on time and got straight to work. He worked quickly and cleanly and took the time to give the rest of the opening mechanism a quick lube and service. I will be using this company again in the future and would recommend their services.

    quick and painless

    Had previous trouble with a garage company that didnt show up. Stopped in at Whitby Garage Doors and the repair and new spring and support was resolved quickly and reasonably. Door never worked this well Thanks Nick

    Garage Door Spring Repair

    Easy to see why Whitby Garage Doors has a high HomeStars rating. Sales person was very friendly during appointment booking. Nick showed up today and was very personable, professional and work very efficiently. I would recommend him for any job. When new garage doors are require I will without hesitation be contacting Whitby Garage Doors for replacement. Highly recommended.

    Great Service

    Whitby Garage Doors was very friendly on the phone and the servicemen came within an hour to replace the broken spring on my garage door. The 2 servicemen were very kind, courteous and the work they did was quick professional. It only took them about 45 minutes to replace the springs and take the old springs away. They also have a mobile credit card machine for easy pay options. I highly recommend them.

    Garage door replacement

    Overall a great experience with Whitby Garage Doors. I found that Chad was very informative and had answered all of my questions during the quotation process. Material order and timeline installation was accurate. I'm very pleased with their services and would recommend them to others.

    Garage door repair

    My garage door broke down last night and remained open through out the night, I phoned Whitby Garage Doors first thing in the morning. They were busy and said could not came until the next day. when I insisted and explained my urgency they immediate offered to come the same day. Arrived at the designated time and fixed the door quickly and efficiently, also providing some very helpful tips for regular maintenance. Overall an excellent and satisfying experience.
