    Garage Door Repair

    Thanks to Colin, a problem we have been dealing with for over two years was solved! We had hired another company to take a look at our garage door last year and sadly, nothing changed. We were extremely frustrated and did not hold out a lot of hope. But when Colin arrived, he was thorough and checked all possible reasons why our garage door was behaving the way it was. As well, Colin explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, which we found very helpful. We would most definitely recommend Whitby Garage Doors to anyone!

    Replacement of garage doors

    Garage doors look fabulous! The whole team from quote to installation did an excellent job! I was not pressured at all. Colin did great job installing doors and opener! Took the time to show me how everything operated. He was very courteous & cleaned up after the job was done! Thanks everyone! Job well done!

    Garage Door Replacement

    Very clean & prompt. Completed job in 2 hours. Took away the old door, no problem.

    New garage door installation.

    Nick, of Whitby Garage Doors, arrived at exactly the time specified. The work (removal of old door and installation of new one) was completed in a very professional and timely manner.     Garage Door and Opener Installation

    Very professional installation and customer communication. Arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Nick and Collin were excellent representatives for Whitby Garage Doors. Took the time to explain and program use of openers.

    Garage door installation

    Nick did a great job. Two openers installed in 2.5 hours. Programmed all the remotes too. Again, great job Nick!

    Garage door opener

    Showed up at exact time the appointment was for. Pleasant, informative and efficient. Work done included a teardown of existing 15yr old opener, install new Liftmaster Elite 8550w and new emergency lock release. Including two remotes, interior panel, exterior keypad.

    Amazing Service

    I called Whitby Garage Doors to request service, and I was amazed by the Response. From the person answering the phone, to the service tech that arrived within 40 minutes - it was an absolute pleasure.     Went the "extra" mile

    We needed a door. A BIG door. And right away. No one else had one to fit and no one else could deliver in the time we had to work. Brandon S. at Whitby Garage Doors came to the rescue, finding the door we needed, getting it shipped quickly to his location, then driving more than five hours to bring us exactly what we needed at no additional cost. He even stayed to help with the hardware set-up, though we weren't expecting it and didn't pay for it. I am sure he was surprised that a customer way up in Haliburton cottage country would call his business for help, but he never questioned it and never complained about it, just took care of us. Thanks to Brandon the job is done. Well done.
