basement window replacement plus aluminum wrapping of windows and other locations around the house
Andrew is wonderful at applying the aluminum, it's a true art. I watched some of the more difficult places that he applied the aluminum and it was amazing. Very professional and very pleased with the work. Would not hesitate in recommending him at all.

Exhaust fan installation through roof, illumination system
I engaged Torcan Group at first to install a exhaust fan. They rightfully advised me to update the vents through the roof instead of the soffits and use adequate materials as opposed as the original ones used on the previous installation. The illumination system engagement was contracted to upgrade a simple 2 laps (door and garage) to a 20+ pot light system to give the house a more modern look and to illuminate the sides that are very dark at night. I am very pleased with the consultation, design, delivery and installation tasks. Very professional crew.

Roof work (custom metal flashing installation)
Andrew and his partner met with me to find a solution to prevent water damage on the top face of my front porch patio. They suggested metal flashing which Andrew custom made and it provided a beautiful trim that is not only functional but looks lovely. This is my second time working with Andrew from Torcan Group and he has exemplified all expectations. He is a perfectionist with the quality of his work and he is amazing to work with. He is incredibly kind, friendly, reliable, accessible and affordable. He cares about his work and his clients and it is clear every time I see or communicate with him. I would work with Torcan Group again in a heart beat!

Installation of new roof
Andrew, at The Torcan Group ,had repaired sections of my old roof after a windstorm last year, so when it came time to finally replace my roof, I knew who to call. From estimate to completion, he showed me pictures of each step- from stripping the old shingles to installing the ice and water shields, chimney flashings and metal valleys. Andrew has many years experience and a particular specialty in metal working so his work is impeccable. I look forward to a long lasting roof and many worry free years ahead. Thank you Andrew!

I always like to take pictures every step of the way as you know there are some dishonest companies that will sell you the under layments (ice&water shield, synthetic paper)and they don't actually put it on because not many customers will climb their roof to check and once the new shingles are on it's almost impossible to know what is underneath once the job is completed. Also taking pictures is a great way of keeping track of everything that was done to your roof which is helpful for home insurance purposes. Your roof was done with the best shingles on the market (Owen's Corning Duration) and guaranteed this will be the last roof you will do! Again thank you for your business! Regards Andrew

Siding installation for original siding that completely fell off
I cannot express in words the relief and complete satisfaction we experienced in working with Andrew and Torcan. My original siding blew off during this winters extreme weather. I posted on Homestars a request and Torcan was one of the companies that replied. From the beginning I was made to feel like my needs were understood and would be taken care of. Wow, did they deliver!! The level of workmanship and Customer Service were off the charts. I would and will recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for roofing/siding work.

Replace shingles
Andrew came last year to replace multiple shingles after the major windstorm we had. He recently came back to check as I saw debree and broken shingles. He repaired the one spot with no difficulties. Andrew maintains professionalism, price fairness and never pushes a sale. He educates his clients on quality of shingles he uses and returns calls in a reasonable amount of time.

Roof and bathroom ceiling
Andrew was a doll. Understanding the urgency of the problem he came immediately. He takes great pride in his work and ensures it is done to his high standards. I would recommend highly.

Garage Replacement and Window Capping
Torcan Group exceeded my expectations with their work. Their expertise and recommendation for window capping and new garage door instead of my initial idea for new siding saved me a ton of money and it drastically improved the overall look of my house, which was the goal. Toucan Group truly cares about their customers, which is evident both in the helpful and friendly way I was dealt with and the attention to detail given to the final product. I highly recommend Torcan Group and will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out!

New roof and downspout
Andrew provided prompt responses, and was very accomodating to all of the questions that I had about replacing the roof on my townhouse. Pricing was competitive, and the quality of work was excellent (6 nails per shingle, and a thorough cleanup). My advice to anyone who is replacing their roof is to invest in quality products (Owens Corning duration in my case), and to ensure that they are installed correctly by a *reputable* company. I also had Andrew re-route my downspout, which was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely consider Andrew/Torcan for future projects.

In your case you have a 3 story townhome and its very important to use the best shingle on the market (Owens corning duration) and use the correct nailing pattern to ensure that they will not fly off in a few years due to extreme wind.
