Siding
Andrew responded quickly to my request for a quote, and showed up in a couple days to inspect the situation. He was able to provide expert recommendations and also a reasonable quote. He and his team came and finished the job before further of the winter moisture was able to attack our wooden window exterior. Thanks very much Andrew!

New Roof
I was exceptionally pleased with Andrew's service. He is very personable and approachable, and explained in detail what materials he would be using, and the steps that would be taken, with regard to my new roof. He and his crew worked non-stop to ensure that the roof was completed in one day, and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Andrew took many before and after pictures so that I could see exactly how the work had been done. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my neighbours.

Hi Barb, Thank you for your review. I really like to explain every job in detail so there aren't any surprises. As we discussed in the roofing industry there are some bad contractors out there who will always take short cuts and not do the right job. The most famous line when they sell you is they will change "3 free sheets of plywood at no charge" but the fact is they never do because customers never climb the roof to check. That is why I take lots of photos on every job to ensure that you get exactly what you have been promised, there is nothing to hide! Again thank you for your recommendation! Regards Andrew

Roof Replacement
Andrew was great to deal with. He was available right away and quick to answer any questions we had. Andrew and his crew were at out house bright an early the day of the repair and were able to get the job completed in one day. We are very happy with our new roof and have received compliments from our neighbours on jow great it looks!

Roof, soffit,eavestrough, front double doors, side doors and patio doors, windows
Very professional, no less everything was cleaned after the jobs, timely done. I really appreciated Andrew for all his advices, never pushing for more sale and he makes sure you like what you order. He is also making sure that all the details are well done too. The full team are kind and professional.

Siding and cladding
The work was to remove the dated gingerbread trim from the home and to clad with vinyl all of the wooden trim and accents. We also replaced all the gutters and drain pipes. They were amazing!

Outside capping, new garage door and new evstroff fabulous job I love my house

Exterior Aluminum Trim Cladding
Andrew and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the first meeting to review the scope of work and estimate, to final touch ups, Andrew always listened and took each question and concern professionally and with a smile. He was very flexible and accommodating with regards to project start times and working around weather and busy summer schedules. The completed job looks great and clean and I am looking forward to years of minimal maintenance. Thanks for making the experience easy and producing a great final product!

New Roof & Extra Eaves
Overall amazing work done on our roof and eaves! Andrew was great at staying in touch and recommending the best shingle for our house & our budget. When we had a small leak he came the next day to do a patch job and was very flexible with scheduling; he was able to get our roof done earlier than expected. We have a very steep roof and 1 dormer and it only took them 7 hours to complete roof & add eaves around the back dormer. We've had a few big downpours since the job was completed and have had 0 issues since! Great customer service experience, great quality and great price. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

Siding Replacement
We had some siding blown off the side of the house during a windstorm in Oshawa, the whole side of the house needed to be replaced. The insurance company sent around their contractor, who quoted the job and said 6-8 months. I found Torcan on homestars and contacted them. Andrew came out and gave us a very competitive quote and a great timeline, he always answered my question quickly. I'm so glad we hired him. He came the day we agreed on and it looks great. I will keep Andrew in mind for any future work.

Exterior aluminum capping
