Darryl was very polite & punctual in his response to give us an estimate. Darryl & his crew were here on time with all of the state of the art tools & machinery. They were all very polite & knowledgeable. The stump removals and cutting down of some trees was done efficiently. They left our property very clean. I would highly recommend Upanoak Tree Care.

Darryl and his employees did a fantastic job, very well organized crew who left the area impeccably clean. A pleasure to have had them do this work! I would certainly recommend this company to perform any tree work. Very professional and skilled at what they do, with reasonable prices quoted.

Darryl and his crew of four did an excellent job of removing two trees and trimming a huge mulberry tree that was leaning towards a ravine. All of the trees were overhanging or close to phone/cable wires and one of the trees was inches away from a gazebo. The job required climbing and hanging from ropes. The whole operation was quite a sight to behold. The wires and gazebo were left unharmed and the trees were removed successfully. Darryl was very personable as was his crew. I would definitely recommend Upanoak and plan to have them back to trim a large Norway Maple.

Throughout our communications, Darryl was always quick to respond. He promptly came to give us a quote on 2 trees we were looking to remove. Darryl was very knowledgeable and gave us useful advice. He even lent us a strap as one of our trees was at risk of splitting. Great service overall!

Darryl came and removed a 4’ large maple tree stump and a few lilac stumps that were in the way of a landscaping project. The stumps and roots were ground up and all debris was cleaned up and large pieces were hauled away. Very competitive pricing for the job.

Darryl and his team did a wonderful job removing a large, dangerous, old white mulberry tree. It reached across our yard and the neighbours and they had to cope with overhead wires, fences and the neighbour's vine covered pergola. They moved garden furniture and anything else that could be damaged and with skill they cut the tree bit by bit, lowering cut sections to the ground with ropes. When finished they cleaned up every twig from the yards and used a blower to collect as much sawdust as able. I highly recommend Darryl and his crew. It is always sad to lose a tree but very pleased that it was done so safely and without a scratch or dent on any of our fences or decks. Thank you Upanoak.

Darryl and team were very courteous and prompt with communications from the get go. We needed a tall tree pruned at the front as its branches could reach our roof line. High winds would allow the branches to knock against our soffits. It also enabled wildlife easy access to our roof and subsequently the attic. The team pruned the tree in a few hours, and left my property clean. Tree was left looking healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and most importantly away from my roof. Very satisfied with job. Will hire again for other arborist work around my house.

Darryl and his team were great from start to finish! We had a large Colorado spruce on our front lawn that was making us nervous in high winds but we love the tree and didn't want to get rid of it. Darryl provided a great compromise of cleaning it up to reduce some of the pull the wind would have on the tree. The guys who came and did the work were friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up. We are very happy with the work Upanoak did for us and they will be our go-to for tree maintenance moving forward!

Needed stumps removed from two large cedar bushes I cut down. Daryl sent out Charlie and Mike to grind the stumps using their grinding machine. Did an amazing job and cleaned everything up nicely. Grinded deep and wide enough to ensure the entire stump and large roots were gone. Very polite and professional. Great competitive pricing. Very quick responses and answered all my questions. Came out quickly. Highly recommended for stump removal or any tree services.
