Supply and Install four large garage doors

The fit and finish of the doors was impressive, as was the care and attention to detail the installer took to put the doors on. Very pleased with the outcome, indeed the entire process from start to finish. Thanks to Ryan, Kathryn and Paul, much appreciated!

    Garage door replacement

The old garage doors had to be removed and replaced with new doors. Even though one of the panels was dented the service person came back and replace the panel but unfortunately now that I look at it the trim around the window with and the garage door is the wrong colour I will have to contact you or you guys can contact me

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience. I'm terribly sorry that you are having an issue with the window frames. If you are able to send me a picture of the issue you are having, I can forward to the manufacturer to see if this is the colour the frames are meant to be or if they can replace for us/you under warranty. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will do everything we can to resolve this issue for you. Warmest regards - Cathren and the Upper Canada Garage Doors Team.

Replaced and installed new garage door.

The team had to do some fancy work in order to replace and install a slightly taller single car garage door. They did a very good job and I especially liked (and appreciated) the work they did on the external flashing. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

New Garage door, opener and capping

My experience with the Upper Canada Garage Doors team has been excellent from the moment I entered their showroom in Mississauga, to meeting with Ryan at my home for a quote to the day of installation ahead of schedule I might add. We love our made in Canada Richards Wilcox garage door and I can’t say enough about this company’s professionalism in all areas. Any emails/calls with questions answered promptly if not realtime, and I would even say the team went above and beyond in finding solutions to some of my questions. Many thanks to Cathren, Ryan, Paul and Brad. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a garage door or require service.

    Garage Door with Opener

We are very pleased with our new garage door system. When we were gathering quotes, Paul was the only person to offer us options around not having to raise our mezzanine by 6" . He described the low head room option for us, which meant we would not have to undertake the massive task of removing and reinstalling our mezzanine. Paul completed the job yesterday in a thorough and professional manner. His attention to detail was amazing. We want to extend our thanks and appreciation to Paul and the team at Upper Canada Garage!

Garage door removal, new door replaced and new quieter garage door opener installed.

Work was done well. The installer kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Tidy up was great! Office staff was communicating with me regularly to let me know when the worker was coming , using e mail to keep me informed, getting receipts and quotes. Good work. I have a good feeling that if I have an issue with the work done, they would respond to solve the issue. Would highly recommend them

    Replace both garage doors

We replaced both of our garage doors. Ryan was very responsive to provide us with the quote, choice and the selections. Cathren at the office was very accommodating in giving the prefer date for installation. Not a lot of pressure and just work seamless. Overall we are very happy with the product and the installation.
