I was very pleased with the service I received from Rise Roofing directly from the beginning with my first phone call. I was pleased that Mike (owner) answered the call rather than going to an answering service. He was able to come out to my house within a day to provide us with a quote. His original quote was very reasonable; however, he came down in his price when a second quote came in slightly less expensive. We had been experiencing some leaking when it rained, so I was so happy that he was able to begin working on our roof only a few days later. While on the roof, he took pictures and then took the time to explain to us why it was leaking and how he was able to repair the problem. All of his products were great quality and the finished roof looks amazing. I was also very pleased that he included our shed, even though that wasn't part of the original quote. The crew was very friendly, organized, and did a great job of cleaning up the site when they were finished. I would absolutely recommend Rise Roofing to any family or friends in the future.

We were very pleased with our roof replacement. Mike was great to work with, he was knowledgeable, honest,he installation was quick and our yard was left very clean. We are very happy with our new roof.

I have used Mike from Rise Roofing a total of three times for new roofing. He is always willing to talk to you and discuss your specific needs, over and over until you are happy with what he will be putting on your roof. He is very knowledgeable about his products. The cost is very comparable to other established roofing companies. He and his crew are professional, the job is done very efficiently (there are no cutting corners) and they show up on his quoted dates. Your yard is debris free when they leave. He has even done an out of town job for us, and worked with our very slow contractor who kept pushing back the date. That particular roof is subject to extremely high winds, (Mike suggested a particular brand of shingle and they did extra tabs) and we have had absolutely no problems with our roof (unlike many of our neighbours). I will continue to use Rise Roofing (he is already booked for one of our rental houses for next spring) and would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone. You will be very please with the results.

Rise Roofing does roofing differently and better. We use them for all our roofing needs. They have never let us down. The key is that they are trustworthy, reliable, and courteous.
