Very quick polite professional service. I have used this company in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent work done very well and thoroughly. After phoning they came the next day and on time. Replaced a laundry tub faucet, an outdoor tap shut-off and fixed a noisy toilet. Gary and John were easy to talk to about the job. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing work.

My 2 toilets were installed by Gary and his apprentice Miguel in a timely and clean manner and at a reasonable price. An issue was encountered with a part missing from 1 of the new toilets and Gary went above and beyond to try and rectify the problem.

Was very impressed with the workmanship of Gary and apprentice Miguel. It's always a bonus when you call and can talk to the business owner and in this case they also did the work. The price was very reasonable and I like that he has pricing posted right on his website. I had originally been thinking of installing new toilets, but Gary suggested it would be less expensive to keep the existing toilets and he was absolutely correct. The three existing toilets each had a broken flange and were installed too low due to subfloor and tile being installed after the toilet was installed. Each toilet presented a different challenge which was successfully resolved by Gary and apprentice Miquel. I was very impressed by their punctuality and how clean they kept and left the work area. Overall an outstanding experience and should the need arise I will definitely use Environmental Plumbing again..

Gary is very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. Based on photos, he explained what can/cannot be done and set proper expectation. He was able to come relatively fast and gave excellent advice about everything plumbing. We initially thought we'd have to replace the toilet, but Gary fixed it instead and it all works fine now. Gary and his team did a great job in fixing our leaky dishwasher drain piping which was caused by kitchen sink drain backup and homeowner improper use of power drain augur in attempt of clearing the clog. Gary took time to assess the situation based on the photos I sent; he further clarified his understanding by a follow-up phone call, and proposed a solution to fix the leak by simplifying the drain pipe connection: rerouting dishwasher drain insert, and adding a new drain clear out to improve future de-clog accessibility. Gary and his assistant arrived on-time with professional equipment. Gary and his assistant were courteous, and acted professionally throughout the repair. They worked efficiently, performed the repair work as planned with precision, and clean up after work. Gary charged the exact amount as quoted. Overall, we are very happy with Gary and his team's repair work.

Gary is excellent. He was friendly and approachable. I called Environmental Plumbing because I tried several times to install the wax seal, but the toilet was still leaking. Gary came quite quickly even though he was short handed. When he came, I asked if I could stick around to watch and he said that he wanted me to watch so I can see what I did wrong. After Gary removed the toilet, he very quickly recognized there was an original spacer installed by the previous owner, but did not seal it to the flange. The installation that I did would have always leaked because I installed it on top of the original spacer. Even though he fixed the leak and left, that evening Gary called back and told me he would like to come back and replace the flange. I said the leak had already stopped but Gary insisted that he wanted to do the job properly. He came back during the weekend and replaced the flange. He charged me the original price even though he did extra work on the flange. I am very impressed with Gary. He was honest and did the work for a very fair price. I would recommend his company to anyone who need plumbing work done.

We moved into our new house and soon realized we had some pesky plumbing problems. We called Environmental Plumbing and they visited and provided a quote the very next day! Two problematic outside faucets were replaced, the old kitchen sink basket where food was getting stuck was replaced with a modern one and the toilet shut-off valve which had previously been installed too close to the base was cut shorter and made proper so it could be turned off when needed. One of the outside faucets had oddly been going through a basement window frame and required a full re-install involving drilling through the foundation and installing new copper piping (stellar job) and a shut-off valve inside the house where we could reach it. When an extra issue was found under the kitchen sink, Gary made sure to find a cost-effective way to fix it and did the work on the spot during the same call. He also took the time to explain some plumbing concepts, so we could understand how things work. We found the service to be professional, courteous, detail-oriented, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
