The service technicians name was Jerry. A genuinely decent guy very professional knowledgeable and highly trained. He was able to chip in and help me sort out the air conditioning issue.

They are fast and prompt when delivering their services. My AC was not working during last summer and I gave them a call after some hour and the support team Clara picked up my call. Without any hesitation, she said the team will be deployed to my house to check on the issue. but am very grateful that he gave the fastest response to cater for the issue. The team was fast, courses and honest something that the modern companies lack.
