My experience with this Brampton location was not a positive one.
Sample chosen in store marked Maple Cocoa and boxes received also
marked Maple Cocoa were different as this flooring was much darker.
Installer Tai suggested I contact store (I have pictures of both) but as
this floor would have been my second choice and he already started
working I decided to keep it. When job was completed with the exception
of cleanup and minor touch ups, I received a call from the store and told
I now must pay cash balance to installer. I explained that I used credit card and couldn't come right now as my son on his way to work and I don't drive also can't leave my dog in the house with wide open door for the installers. At this point, Andrew got on the phone as literally started
YELLING at me implying I wasn't trustworthy...really?? I have worked in
credit management for over 40 years which included building industry
so I can appreciate the various challenges facing companies today but
never have I experienced such disdain and disrespect for a customer.
At any rate my son called in for work late with dog in tow final payment
was made. Installers did a good job but I will never deal with this company again regardless of price. It's important to be dealt with fairly
and with respect.
