Bathroom Renovations
Nirelli Homes came highly recommended to us when we were looking into having our bathrooms renovated. From start to finish Andy was very knowledgable, highly professional and completed excellent work within budget. When we were unsure about design choices, Andy made some great suggestions that turned out really well. It was very comforting to know that we could trust and always count on Andy, as he was always clear on his timelines and what to expect at different times. I would definitely recommend Andy and his team to anyone as I already have to family and friends.

Fabulous Bathroom Renovation!
We hired Andy and his team in March 2016 to create a functional, modern bathroom for our three growing boys, and to add a brand new bathroom in our finished basement. We wanted someone we could trust; someone with experience and expertise; someone who is approachable and easy to work with, and; someone who values excellence and will make sure everything is perfect before all is said and done. We are happy to say that Andy and his team didn't disappoint! His experience and expertise can be trusted. He listened to our needs, asked the right questions, provided sound advice, and then brought it all to fruition. The kids’ bathroom is functional and gorgeous and our basement bathroom turned out far better than we had originally envisioned. My husband and I now just have to do our own master bathroom and we will definitely turn to Nirelli Homes. We are SO happy!

Main floor renovation
We did a major main floor renovation which included removing a wall to create an open area between the kitchen and great room, wall to wall hardwood installation and a complete kitchen renovation. Andy clearly communicated all our options and made great recommendations about use of space. Andy was able work with our design ideas and suggest improvements or modifications to keep the project on time and within cost. Andy's obvious pride in workmanship translated to our own homeowner pride in the end results.

Master Bathroom Renovation, Electrical and Hardwood Floor Upgrades
Andy and his team did an excellent job on our project. Andy gave us a quote and stuck with it with no disagreements on the final cost even after we significantly increased the scope. Andy was very respectful of our time and privacy. He worked very hard to keep the house as clean as possible during the renovation period. The quality of work was excellent. Andy was very flexible as the project developed and we changed our minds about designs and fixtures - he was very patient and understanding. We would recommend Andy and Nirelli Homes very highly for projects of this nature.

Renovations - bathrooms, laundry room, family room
I'm extremely delighted with the service Andy and his team provided, and more importantly, love the final outcome. Andy was extremely patient and provided very valuable insight and guidance during the design phase. He worked closely with me to clearly define the scope of work, ensuring that all of the associated costs were transparent. His team are very courteous and respectful of your home and they manage the subcontractors accordingly as well. They try their best to manage and contain the dust and dirt - we were so impressed with how they used plastic sheeting and zip doors all over the main floor including around the open stairwell to keep the dust contained. When minor issues came up, Andy was always very responsive and resolved them in a very timely manner. Nirelli Homes did a fabulous job renovating my home and I love how everything turned out. Thanks Andy & team!
