This the worst company and rudest people I have ever dealt with in my 30 years contract ing a snow removal. I will inform my neighbours of this as well. Please dont hire them they are terrible company.

This company is totally unreliable. They dont come regularly as promised to cut the grass, they are very rude with their customers.

He comes to take the money charged $375.00 in cash. Gives a signed “contract”. Never returns to do the job. And does not answer calls. Always changes voice mail claiming he has removed the snow from everyone’s driveway. It is untrue.

THIS GUY IMI ACCEPTED TWO CONTRACTS AT 105.00/ MONTH AND THEN WENT TO ONE OF THE HOME AND STARTED A CLEANUP. CALL ME ON SATURDAY THE 10TH OF APRIL AND INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS TO MUCH WORK AND QUIT. LEFT A MESS IN ONE OF THE BACK YARDS. SAY HE WILL COMPETE, IN HIS FLYER. HE WAS ONLY AT ONE OF THE BACKYARDS AND NEVER WENT TO THE OTHER ONE

I got into a contract with IMI’s Landscaping Snow Removal Company, $375 for all season, and put $175 deposit. But Imi took my deposit and left. This guy came totally twice to clean my driveway this year and did really nasty job. After he left, I had to clean the snow by myself with a shovel.The second time is after a big snowfall, which stopped at 7AM, they came late at 4pm and worked for only 2 mins(my driverway is big,can fit 6 cars). When I complained about their service, Imi’s answer was “you are out” instead of "We are sorry and will improve next time" Imi decided to terminate my contract by himself, and claimed my deposit will be their service and administration fee. I shared my bad experience with neighbors on "next door" app. Many people complain he did the same to them.He collect deposit then never show up after, or look for a reason to cancel your contract and has your money. Please don’t put your money in this crook’s hand.

Very good service. Always comes back when you call him. His crew comes in the middle of the night by the morning my driveway and walkway are clear. Would highly recommend.

Really bad service. This is the 3rd year that I have used Imi's services. The first 2 years were fine, but this year his service is atrocious. At least he shows up most of the time but there is always a lot of snow left on the driveway when he is finished. At that point, it is compacted and almost impossible to to remove. He is supposed to do my walkway as well, but most of the time he doesn't come until well into the morning or afternoon. By then I have cleaned my stairs and walkway. One time this season I saw his truck up the street at a neighbour's house. I thought, oh good I'm going to get my driveway ploughed! Wrong. I actually had to call him to come and do my driveway; he forgot. I will never hire him again!

We hired him for monthly mowing service during the summer, he was suppose to come every week to mow the lawn. However he only comes every other week, and when we called to ask him why he didn't come, he said that he FORGOT! But he charges by the month, and when we reminded him of the missed weeks, he said he had to do extra work when the grass is long!!! SERIOUSLY??? The grass is long because he didn't cut them!!!! Horrible service, never ever use him again.

They said they will come every week but only showed up 2 times a month. Do not hire they. They are the worst. They will ask for more money to do the job u already paid.

Ibrahim came and collected the money. Not doing the snow removal job. Cannot talk to him at all. A threatening message saying that the we are abusing the system. Never give him a job. He is not reliable.
