    Siding replacement

    I cannot say enough about Mark and his team. Exceptional customer service, outstanding and prompt work, and one of the nicest contractors I’ve ever encountered.

    Aluminum siding replacement

    Kaloozie’s team did a top notch job of removal of damaged siding and then brought brought the exterior up to code, including the addition insulation, in a fully professional and extremely competent manner. Excellent rapport with the team throughout.

    Replace siding on back of house, replace eavestrough, dismantle chimney, rebuild substructure for fireplace

    The snow this past winter really damaged the siding at the back of my house. I had initially called Kaloozie to consult on that. Mark's response was immediate and he visited and provided an estimate the following day. At the same time, I was replacing my wood fireplace with gas. When the fireplace was removed, we found that the whole structure on the outside wall had rotted away (water damaged). Mark agreed to replace that structure as well. He was able to have his team on site within a few days. The work was quickly and expertly done by Karl and Jordan. Mark was on site a couple of times to review work in progress. Mark was consistently available to answer questions. The work was completed earlier that predicted and on quote. My home and yard were left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Kaloozie. Very impressed!

    Installing Gutter

    Great job, clean view, no mass in the working site after done the work, I like it !!!

    Fixing 2 siding issues

    I had a short deadline to fix 2 issues with my vinyl siding. Mark responded right away to my call and came to see the issues same day. I highly recommend him. He ordered the material and scheduled the job right away. Both issues were fixed right after he received the material. He is: - fast  - reliable  - produce excellent quality work  - his communication and repsonse time is almost instant  - his attitude is honest, professional and transparent I strongly recommend him.

    siding replacement

    We were affected by the September 2018 tornado and were in the process of finding a company to replace our siding. We had a few people give us estimates but then we saw the siding work being done one street over from us. We were impressed with what was being done on that property. My husband went to check it out and that is when he met Mark of Kaloozie Comfort. Mark came by our house and not only did he give us an estimate, he showed us what we could do to give our older home a much more contemporary look. He helped us with colour choices and we chose vinyl over aluminum and added rigid insulation. By mid December we met Lee and his crew. They set everything up and started the work before Christmas. They were very professional and worked through rain, ice, snow, extreme cold and everything that this winter had in store for us. Lee was great at anticipating and solving issues that come up when dealing with an older home. Mark was always available to answer questions and was on site to see how the work was progressing. We now have a great looking house with a very modern look. Our home is quieter and much more energy efficient. We have recommended Kaloozie Comfort to our neighbours. We could not be more pleased to have met Mark, Lee and his crew. Thank you for your great professional work.

    siding, repair and replacing two windows. Mark is very honest and reliable. He came often to make the sure the job was done correctly. His workers are very friendly and patient and do a fantastic job cleaning everything up when finished.

    Removed and installed new siding, solved problem why I was getting a little water in my basement. Replaced wood that was rotten on the outside and installed new insulation where needed. Thanks Mark and your workers.

    Siding, soffits and eave and gutters

    We got hit by the tornado in Sept. and need extensive repairs. Kaloozie was not only one of the more reasonablely priced but also was able to get us into their work schedule in late Nov. and completed before the winter got too bad. The installers Lee and his team took great care in their work and were very accommodating to our needs.

    Complete House Re-Siding (Tear down and replace)

    These guys are fantastic. Our house was damaged during the September 2018 Tornado outbreak in Ottawa. Mark and the Kaloozie team responded quickly and professionally to our needs, while fostering and maintaining a friendly rapport with my family. Mark was available through every step of the process; from initial pricing to colour selection, to final walk-around. His expertise was invaluable to us. Most importantly, our house looks brand new! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mark and the whole Kaloozie team and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Once again, our sincere thanks to Mark and his crew for an absolutely outstanding job!

    gutter installation

    Gutters and down spouts installed on our house. Looks fantastic and the sales associate, Mark, was a pleasure to deal with.
