    Siding

    Mark at Kaloozie Comfort was very responsive and reliable. We had siding put on the back of the house to modernize our 60s bungalow. We appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and service provided by Kaloozie Comfort.

    Loose Siding

    A siding panel came loose on the 2nd floor of my home. Despite it being a very minor job, Mark still came by directly to have a look and to give a quote. He was very friendly and explained things well. Later that same day someone from Kaloozie Comfort came by to reattach the panel, and I really appreciated the quick repair.

    Replaced cedar shakes with siding

    I am very pleased with the work done by Kaloozie Comfort. They removed the outdated and worn cedar shakes, suggested a siding colour to match the mortar between the bricks and replaced the siding quickly and professionally. They also fixed a problem with protruding bricks. Highly recommend this company.

    Shingle roofing and engineered wood siding

    Had a small but difficult job of reshingling 2 small and one medium sized single slope roofs on our house, (600sq ) and cladding a chimney and partial wall with new siding. My neighbour had hired Kaloozie to do some siding and highly recommended them. When I called Kaloozie the owner, Mark, got back to me quickly and submitted a bid shortly after. The cost was on the high end for the work, but I was happy to have a reliable contractor take it on. I had already had another contractor who looked at the job, and never followed up with a bid. The work was done on time and professionally. Im very pleased with the result, the house exterior is much improved. Havent had any serious weather yet, but everything looks solid. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Mark and his team at Kaloozie Comfort for any siding or roofing job.

    House siding wall rebuilt, siding put on, properly sealed windows and bottom edge

    This company has great customer service. The house was damaged from the May 21 Derecho storm. Due to roof and other repairs, the siding was addressed second. Due to a huge demand for trades people all over the province and especially in Ottawa, I was super grateful they were able to fix the worst house wall before winter. The company worked the week before Christmas, in the cold, and rebuild the exterior house wall, put on new siding, properly sealed the 2 windows, and did an amazing job on the lower edge of the siding (unique situation). We are very grateful for this company's dedication to getting this final project (before winter) done.

    Incredible work . Great communication

    All communication was excellent and all questions promptly answered. Great quality work. Clean up neat and tidy. Employees very polite and dont waste time . Very very happy with Marks help , suggestions and honesty. I am fussy but I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and this company .

    What you wished you had the last time you hired a contractor

    We desperately needed siding redone at our home, sophets and gutters. Mark responded to our inquiry within minutes and came to assess our home the next day. He provided a clear offer that had a transparent breakdown of options and costs and helped guide us through materials selection. His crew arrived on a Monday and kept going until the job was done. All of his crew were excellent, friendly, dialogued if they saw an area where a change could be made and did some incredible carpentry to really improve our garage to home roof connection. I've never worked with better and my neighbor just got into a project with them because of it.

    Siding

    Great responsive service to install siding and soffit on my garage. Showed up to provide a quote at the arranged time. Mark and his team were also able to meet the deadline that I had requested.

    Window siding repairs

    Mark and his team originally came for a window leak and siding that was sticking out above the window. They not only ended up repairing the siding, but they also found the cause of the window leak. They went above and beyond our original agreement and fixed bubbling in the siding, a cracked siding, and a poorly cut siding job from the original build. The team was very efficient and super friendly. Would 100% recommend this company.
