    Long time client and still satisfied!

    I have been with Metro Snow and Ice Management (and its former name) for close to 10 years now. I have been satisfied of the snow removal work every year. They are very professional in their interactions with the client, keep us up to date in a timely manner during storms and they do a great job at snow removal! My father was a snow removal guy where I grew up, so I knew what I wanted and what I should expect. I have not been disappointed.

    excellent service

    Ken Dale has a very professional staff who take pride in doing a job well. His new tractors that take the snow out of the driveway are an immense improvement . There is no spring meltdown of a huge pile of dirty snow at the end of the driveway which is awesome. In our case, the laneway is shared and even when the car next door didn't get moved when requested, our side was clean as a whistle when the operator was finished . It is was a strange year for snowfalls with nothing and then 30 centimeters in a 24 hour time frame once or twice in a week or so.. Metro handled it with ease and any issues that arose were addressed immediately.. We have signed up for the next season already . elaynetylor@rogers.com K2C2Y4

    The Best in Ottawa

    Third year with Metro. they provided the best service ever. It could take long time to express how happy i am with their offered services. i totally recommend Metro to all. can't wait to enjoy the snow !!!

    Snow removal

    Always timely. Right behind the city plow in most cases. Never got caught with a snow bank for any length of time. Since we are retired we use the car many times during the day and we never had problems with getting out of our driveway. Even when the snow bank was small it was still removed in a good time frame.

    Snow Removal on Charleston St

    We have been long time customers and have been very pleased with the service provided. We are kept informed of plans for clearing of an upcoming snow storm as well as during the storm. No significant damage has been done. Office staff have always been cordial and co-operative.

    Snow removal

    I have been with Metro for 3 years. I'm a single woman with back issues and they have been a life saver. My driveway was always plowed in the morning and I leave the house by 6:30 am. I have never had an issue after snow storms. I have no complaints.

    Driveway snow clearing at 145 Stradwick Ave

    We have been customers of Metro Snow and Ice for about 8 years. They provide prompt and thorough snow clearing when there is a weather event that delivers more than 5cm of snow. Any issues that we have ever brought to the company’s attention have always been dealt with very efficiently. Their use of a GPS tracking system on the tractors provides an excellent service so the homeowner knows when the clearing will take place. I would recommend Metro to anyone.

    Snow removal, laneway and pathway to house

    Although there were slip-ups in clearing pathway to house after major snowstorms, situation was corrected fairly promptly when company notified. The plowing of laneway was always neat and tidy - neighbours didn't complain and others asked about my customer satisfaction.

    Metro Snow425

    Have used them for years and have been very happy with the service. I have recommended them to a number of friends and neighbours . They respond well and quickly to calls.

    Snow removals

    2 years of service, I never had any problems, always in time and they do excellent job especially when we get very bad snow storms. The prices for the services they provide are very reasonable. Thank you metro for making the winter easy on us.
