    Snow clearing

    We've been with them now forb20 years plus and would not think of changing. Always great service and up to date communication on storm days. When you provide your email they will be able to tell you where in the neighborhood they are presently clearing and instant alerts for "next steps". Great to deal with. Highly satisfied.     72 Weybridge Drive, Nepean

    Mettro are reliable and professional. They arrive early in the morning and come back after the city ploughs have come by so they can clean up the end of the driveway. The driveway is always completely cleaned. Even when a car or two are left in the driveway they do a great job. I recommend them highly.

    Lane way snow clearing

    Bearing in mind the unpredictability of our winter weather, the difficulty of trying to track and stay close behind City ploughs and, well, some of the awful storms we typically experience, in my opinion the guys at Metro do a great job. Particularly impressed with Ken’s communication model - very helpful in knowing what to expect and when. Great job everyone.

    Snow removal

    The snow removal was completed on time for me to get to work. In the beginning a few glitches but it was remedied in time anyway. The service is great though the only thing is the constant emails that could have a bit more positive notes. I understand that folks get angry when their lot is not showeled etc but perhaps a "gentle" reminder is best and not angry emails. If those folks who are angry still persist in being "angry" perhaps writing to them directly and letting them know that it is 0 tolerance and they can lose their contract? Just a thought.. But in overall I am happy with the service

    Driveway plowing

    I have used this company for years and have always been happy with their service. I particularly appreciate the advance notice of their arrival so that I can move my car out of the way.

    Snow removal

    I have been using Metro for a number of years now. Ken and company have been great. I have never had to worry about coming home to that dreaded mountain of snow at the end of the driveway after the city ploughs have come by. Metro's drivers are almost always right behind the ploughs. Can't say how important that is to me! They are responsive, professional and courteous! Highly recommend Metro!     Metro Snow Removal

    We've used Metro for several years now and have had no problems. There were several times with our previous company when the driveway was not cleared quickly enough. I really like the email updates and I always know when the plow is coming to do our driveway.

    Very pleased with the service

    I decided to use a plowing service for the first time last year and chose Metro. I was very impressed. My driveway was cleared promptly after each snowfall and Metro's communication and updates throughout the winter were exceptional. I'll be a continuing customer this year and in future!

    Bad customer service.

    The driveway service was O.K but the walkway service was the worst I had ever had. I reported some damage as per their instructions and never heard from them again. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them in the future. Larry

    Snow Plowing

    The service is good. However I am very dissapointed with the damage caused to the driveway with no response in fixing it and not responding to the emails nor returning the telephone calls. Inspite of early acknowledgement, no further respond was respond and todate the damage is still there.
