* downgraded to zero star after company reply
* I am a client of yours. A simple email search in your system would easily locate your clients. You are very effective when commenting on reviews. I wish you can provide same kind of snow removal efficiency and speedy email response.
* QoS? Downgraded to zero star. Driveway wasn't cleared for 8+ hours after a snowfall.
* I am not sure if your style of email amusement will actually help speed up snow clearing service. If hitting the unsubscribe button would help, I would hit it many times.
They did not respond my initial email but after I told them I will file a BBB complaint then they finally respond my pricing question. $300 is introductory price for new clients, the next season it shot up to $380 for my single driveway. Buyers beware.
The owner, however, isn't afraid to compose long email newsletter on "useless snow facts" and
making fun of customers, such as:
Message left:
* "Get over here now and shovel my damn walkway! I cant get out to the gym!"'
Response: None. No name, address or phone number left.
(Guess they got their workout after all)
Message left:
*"Appreciate you taking my Christmas lights down from the shrubs! Saves me the trouble but do I get them back"
Response: "You're welcome and sorry no". Still stuck in the blower
For the storm happened on Feb 12, it started falling at around 3pm. They still haven't come by 11pm before I went to sleep. 25cm on my driveway uncleared.
