    Kitchen Drain (fixing of main sewer drain line in basement)

    - Very experienced and knowledgeable team of Serhiy. - Our kitchen drain has been giving us problems off/on from the last 6 years and we had already got it fixed 3 times from different plumbing companies. But the problems come back after few years. - We are really satisfied with the work done by Tornado Plumbing. We were explained the entire process including main sewer drain line cleaning with Snaking and Power Flush. A job well done!!! We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks again.

    Unclogged a very deep and putrid clog in my basement

    Sergey was quick to respond and unclogged a drainage line I had in my basement washroom. The stuff that came out was straight from a nightmare but luckily I was with a true professional who was untouched and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

    Installation of new faucets and toilet

    This is the second time we have used Turnado. They are always very professional and accommodative of our requests. They were super flexible with timing.

    Major plumbing during entire house renovation

    Tornado plumbing did a fantastic job! They had to work around hvac and structural surprises, as is often the case during renovations, to complete the job on time and professionally. Summary: Professional Respectful Easy to work with Highly skilled

    Main Drain blockage

    Serhiy and his team were on time and very professional. They successfully fixed the problem in a short time and conduct their work in a very clean and professional manner.

    Toilet drainage leak

    We called Tornado plumbing on Friday when we realized that there was some leak from our drainage system. Mike responded on the phone and promptly scheduled us for Saturday morning for someone to have a look and identify. Serhiy came right on time and identified and explained what was happening. The previous installer of the toilet seemed to have used the wrong type of wax ring, and needed a taller sized one. He installed it in no time. He also answered some other plumbing related questions that we had in mind about our recently purchased house, and gave us recommendations and advise. We would definitely recommend these guys, and would seek their help again.

    Ceiling water leak

    Very happy with Tornado Plumbing work - I had a water leak on the ceiling and wall in 2 spots under my 2 upstairs bathrooms showing up around the same time. I chose Tornado Plumbing based on the reviews here and because they seemed as skilled, but also honest and reasonable company. Serhiy answered the call right away, gave me an approximate quote over the phone and confirmed the appointment time shortly. They came on time, did quick investigation, found the leaking spot and took care of it in just over an hour, even though it needed camera use to find it. And, even though I was almost convinced that the 2nd leak spot was from another bathroom, because it was right below it, he explained me how the water from the 1st one found the way there and most likely their fix took care of it, too. He said they could always come again if they were wrong, but his explanation really made sense and after few days I could see that he was right, because both leaks were gone. Given how easily this could have looked as 2 jobs (and 2x$$) and that even I felt that was needed and how someone else could have easily gone at least for additional investigation and billing me for it, I really appreciated Serhiy's honesty, but also the job done professionally and quickly. I will be definitely calling him again for my next waterproofing project.

    New sewer pipe, instalment of backwater valve and sump pump

    Our experience with Tornado plumbing encompassed what you wish for in a professionally run business (reliability, punctuality, fair quoting, and excellent workmanship). Serhiy responded quickly to our inquiry and it was easy to schedule a "diagnostic" appointment. The old clay sewage pipe had collapsed and was replaced by using the pipe bursting method which helped to save on extra excavating costs. Serhiy and his crew kept us updated during the various stages of the whole process including the installation of a backwater valve and sump pump. We can highly recommend this company.
