    Clay pipe replacement to city line

    Tornado Plumbing and their team were incredible. They hand-dug to the pipes to avoid disturbing neighbours driveway, they were efficient, they were clean and they were friendly and respectful. They did a great job and have promised to come back to replace driveway stone in the spring when the ground settles. I can’t recommend them more...15/10 without question. We will have them back and will recommend them to anyone who needs a good and reliable plumbing and underpinning company.

    They fixed someone else's horrible work

    I was very stuck, left in a horrible circumstance where the previous company I had hired to waterproof my basement messed the job up. They cut corners and my basement was leaking. I called Tornado Plumbing they came out immediately, gave a very competitive price, and within days the job was redone and corrected the way it should've been done in the first place. The only regret I have is not hiring Tornado to do the job originally. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Drain clog and water leak - both attendances were excellent!

    I had Sergei, Mike, and team attend on two separate occasions and both times they were professional, efficient, helpful, and truly top-notch. Very reasonable rates, honest plumbers, and friendly service!

    Kitchen sink drain pipe repair

    Tornado Plumbing replied in good timing to my service request to repair kitchen sink drain pipe. Sent them additional photos of the issue that caused a leak and they provided me with a reasonable quote. Troy arrived ahead of time of the repair appointment. Explained what needs to be done. Finished the job within 1.5 hrs and provided recommendations to avoid possible future issues. Communication is easy and clear. We will surely use their service again for future fixes or projects.

    Water main replacement

    These guys are great. I’ve used them a couple of times before already. They came back to install the water meter after changing the main water line a month ago and the job was bigger than anticipated. They completed the job and didn’t charge any extra. The job was done efficiently, and professionally. Honest and fair pricing. Would highly recommend tornado plumbing. I will use them again if needed.

    Installing Backwater Valve

    I wanted to install a backwater valve and Serhiy/Mike took the time to explain the options, timing, and the process for the Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program. The installation was completed without any issues. The team did a great job protecting the floors and cleaning up afterward. This is the first time working with Tornado Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. I will definitely contact Tornado should I need plumbing services in the future.

    Exceptional Service

    We had a leak from the main bathroom shower that has been missdiagnosed by another company before and agravated in time. Decided to approach Tornado Plumbing based on the reviews on HomeStarst and I'm very happy I did so. 1. Responsiveness and Communication - great! returned my service inquiry right away, had a call to understand the issue and scheduled the visit on the spot 2. Expertise and Quality - great! the issue was diagnosed in 5 mins and subsequently fixed. Proper cleaning was done after work completion. Sergey and his collegue are highly professional and pleasant persons. Will not hesitate to approach this company for our future needs. Highly recommend.

    Replace Toilet

    Replaced toilet. Paid for materials and labour. Excellent service and very quick. No issues and would hire again in future for similar services. Recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drains for your plumbing work.

    Basement kitchen drain fix executed perfectly

    Tornado repaired a poorly installed sink drain by property connecting it to the main line of of the house, which included excavating a large area to expose the line. Serhiy and Troy are very experienced and completed high quality work very quickly while keeping us well informed every step of the way. The drain works perfectly. The team is great to work with and it was a breeze to communicate and schedule the work. Much recommended.

    Kitchen drain snake and power flush

    They opened up a stubborn kitchen drain which I first tried for a couple of days to open myself and couldn’t. They then did a power wash of the pipes so this will not happen again. Happy with the job and their professionalism and effort. Would recommend. In Thornhill.
