    Replacement water service

    Serhiy and his team are incredibly hardworking, reasonable in their quotes, and right on time for work. I’m so happy we selected them to replace and upgrade our lead water service. When speaking to Serhiy initially for the quote he beat out the competitors even though he opted to use a 1” copper upgrade instead of 3/4” , and relocated our water meter to the furnace room which involved cutting a trench in the concrete. What stuck out to me was that when I asked Serhiy for his opinion on what to do, he helped me make up my mind by saying that’s what he would do if it was his house. Now, I know it was the right choice! We went from non-existent water pressure to showers, dishwashers, and laundry all at once. Thank you!

    Lead pipe replacement

    Serhiy and crew did a great job on the project. They offered good value, were able to fit us in in short notice, worked very quickly and left the site in great condition. I would highly recommend to friends and use them again.

    Reliable Service

    Plumber (Peter) was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He did an A1 job in removing an old toilet and in installing the new one for $200 + tax. He did not charge extra to remove the old toilet (even though it could have been left behind for free disposal by the City of Toronto), and provided free advice so we could fix an AC/furnace drip line issue ourselves. Overall, we would highly recommend Tornado if you want the job done right!

    Excellent Work

    Tornado answered my please for quick help, since I'd had to turn off the water in the house after a bad leak. They were courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

    Always the best

    Tornado and Sergei are the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. Lovely team, on time, solution oriented and on budget. I’m always going to use them for all plumbing work. Simple the best.

    Drain Pipe Replacement

    This is the second time we have had Serhiy and Tornado plumbing out for work, a few years back they did a fantastic job replacing (upgrading) our water intake line. This time it was for a drain pipe replacement and they once again were nothing short of amazing. We needed to have our drain pipe replaced (outside) due to a crack and roots that were causing issues. I had a quote from another company that seemed a little off so I called Serhiy at Toranado on a Saturday morning and he arrived very quick within 1 hour. Serhiy is a fantastic person to work with and was the same as in our first dealings with him in 2018; patient, answers all questions, provided options for the work in terms of need and cost effectiveness. He generated a quote within 15 minutes and it was much more reasonable and fair than previous quotations. On the day the work was to be done, his crew led by Bogdan arrived on time, worked incredibly hard to get all the digging and work done and finished the job earlier than expected. Mid day I for a call from Serhiy to check in and see if I had any questions, he arrived shortly after to inspect the job before all trenches were filled and answer any questions I had. A fantastic project to say the least. If you are looking for an honest, hard working crew that are easy to deal with and offer competitive (very fair) quote you search is over, Tornado Plumbing is it. Thanks Serhiy and crew!

    Floor drain concrete repair

    We chose Tornado Plumbing since they handled drain issues. We explained the need to provide drainage for replacement HVAC. Serhiy gave a quote and arrived on time, to do the concrete work (breakup and relocate drain) as well as some other in-line valve changes. His work and communication was extremely professional and the job was finished with the site being left spotlessly clean. Serhiy used protective covers throughout the basement to keep the dust at a minimum. Well done Tornado, we highly recommend this plumbing company.

    Basement drain clog

    From initial contact to finished service, Serhiy was a pleasure to work with. I had a clogged drain in the basement, Serhiy came onsite, used a K-60 to unclog the main drain that leads to the street. He then ran a camera down to look for any further clogging. He also did the same service to the basement drain. Very satisfied with his customer satisfaction as he did not rush and tripled checked with the camera. So far, all looks good.

    basement floor drain backing up

    I recently noticed the basement floor drain is backing up needed to call plumber did some online research, read customer reviews decided to contact tornado plumbing & drains and was the right call withing a couple of hours Serhiy arrived fully equipped he was very professional , knowledgable, polite and quickly understand the issue and started resolving the problem explained exactly what he wants to do in order to fix the clogged drain. after work is finished cleaned up the area then Peter from tornado team showed up with his video camera inserted deeply inside the pipe and showed all clear thanks Serhiy and Peter for the excellent service definitely recommend and call again for any plumbing issues

    Main shut-off valve replacement

    Did this job last week. An old main shut-off valve was stuck and leaking. Contact Tornado Plumbing online and got a quick response from Valeri. Told them the problem and sent them pics on SMS and got a quote and appointment (on the same day) in no time. Peter came to my house and did a great job replacing the valve. Highly recommened.
