Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite\friendly. They quickly found and fixed a problem that another service company totally missed. Would definitely call Quality Appliance Repair 1st the next time.

We've had a few issues over the years with our appliances and these guys are always upfront and honest. I believe they always have our best interests at heart. Darcy in particular is always incredibly courteous, quick and honest. We sincerely appreciate your service!

Over the August long weekend, my fridge started to run warm. Was able to make an on-line appointment with Quality Appliance Repair for Tuesday morning. Trent and Chris turned up on time, took a look...and nicely pointed out my user error (fridge had been set at the warmest level not the coldest--apparently the coldest setting is the highest number--seems a bit counter intuitive to me...but that is how life goes sometimes). It was a bit of a costly user error (service fee), but they could they have told me that I needed an expensive part and replaced something and charged me a bundle--and I would have been none the wiser... It is nice to know that there are honest people out there...I would highly recommend them and would use them again...

WHen our Samsung fridge started leaking water we called Quality Appliance Repair. We had Mike out within a day to take a look and order the replacement part and had the fridge repaired the next day. Super efficient appointment, communication was fantastic and we knew exactly what to expect on cost. Highly recommend.

Two technicians came to my home to check a problem with my Whirlpool oven. They were here for about 15 minutes, and they diagnosed the problem as a broken oven element. I was given an invoice for $380.75 plus GST for the bake element replacement and installation. I paid $125.00 for the call out, and they were scheduled to return on Thursday to replace and install the bake element, as they did not have the part in stock. I told them that I thought the call-0ut charge was higher than I was told in an e-mail and installation cost was high. I looked at the confirmation email again that I was sent when I booked the call-out appointment. It states: “The Call Out is 69.99 and if you decide to get it repaired we waive the call out and Diagnosis charge which is separate at 89.99/hr”. I was able to purchase and install a replacement bake element myself the same day. The cost of the replacement bake element was $71.78 plus GST (from a Calgary supplier), and it took me about 20 minutes to install, using just a Phillips screwdriver. I feel I was overcharged at $125 for initial call-out, and I also feel that the estimate to replace and install the oven bake element was too high. I was never offered a refund for the over-charge on the call-out (which I feel should have only be $89.99).

I had a technician come out and fix my dryer. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Trent and his crew! I will be using this company again for sure.

I had Darcy over today. I guess it is still too early to determine if my problem is fixed for good, however my dryer worked fine when he left. He left me with comfort in that he diagnosed my problem very quickly and was very professional. What I also like about these guys is they make great use of technology to get the apt booked, confirmed and then texted me when Darcy was close to arriving. Afterwards Darcy gave me some tips on proper maintenance that I really had no idea about. So far an excellent experience.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Quality Appliance Repair in fixing my dryer. Darcy was very quick to determine what the issue was and swiftly managed the repair. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and spoke to me in layman's terms so that I could understand exactly what was wrong. Quality Appliance Repair handles its client's with great professionalism and experience and I will definitely keep them in my back pocket for any future appliance repairs. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

If you need your dryer repaired ask for Cody by name! She is very knowledgeable, organized and explained exactly the work that need to be done and the cost involved eliminating any "sticker shock" that can sometimes happen when repairs are involved. She is reliable arriving to our home when she said she would be there and completed the work efficiently. We are very pleased with the quality of her work and her professionalism.

Mike showed up to assess a broken washing machine (it wouldn't drain). He quickly tested different parts to determine it was a broken drain pump that needed to be replaced. He had the correct part in his truck and replaced it quickly. I would highly recommend Quality Appliance Repair - we've used them for fridge repairs as well. Absolutely would recommend to anyone for any repair.
